Sublime ice-cream!

My wife and I bumped into this elegant cremeria by coincidence. What a find! This place is a real gem. I took the spagnola (offered with entire amarene) and yogurt. In one word: delicious. My wife also took the spagnola and nocciola. Purely devine. Without any doubt one of the best ice-creams we... read more

We went here because some friends living in Bologna recommended it to us and it was a great success. They have a wide range of flavours and the ice cream is just perfect. A must try when here!

Cremeria Funivia manages to combine the sorbetto freshness of Italian ice cream with rich, velvety creaminess. Quite a few interesting flavours, but my highest recommendation must be the simple "Limone". Lemon ice cream has never tasted better!

Just a few words: best ice cream ever especially if you appreciate creamy classic flavours. The place is also nice, with a few tables and seats just outside the shop. A bit overpriced, but in line with the other good ice cream shop of the city.

A few minutes stroll further on from the Torri and you will reach this elegant cremeria on one side of the pretty park in Piazza Cavour. The Granite are wonderfully cooling and incredibly thirst quenching with the freshest of ingredients. Ice creams are also of high standards and worth the walk up. Have returned to this often.

Funivia is very chic and very popular, but the ice creams aren't a patch on Geletauro in San Vitale for flavour or innovation.

It is a bit of a way from the city centre but if you are climbing to San Luca you are only 10 mins from this wonderful ice cream shop. You'll need to queue behind the local people buying a kilo in a box for lunch, but worth the wait. If you like it sharp- the lemon granite is fantastic.

Creamy full flavor ice cream, to-die-for. The best ice cream in town, ice cream to go. No sitting available. Worth a visit. Highly recommended.

Definitely one of the must go ice creams in town. Both the shops, one near Casalecchio and the other in the very centre, prepare really good icecreams.

Easy to miss but you should make sure to find it. A really cool Gelateria with lots of flavours and located conveniently in front of a lovely piazza/park where I highly recommend you eat it! Despite it's reputation, prices are in line with elsewhere. Definitely worth a visit!
