Nice flavours of the south

Been there many times, always with satisfaction. Good food, nice choice and quality of pizza, prices in the high range. Good selection of wines.

We chose this restaurant after being directed here by a local cheese store vendor, as they were serving burrata daily. The street and outside of the restaurant doesn't look much but it is what's in that counts. We came in early, 8PM, and were sited without having a reservation, although we were asked about it. Restaurant was empty at that... More

As a novice in Italy and being a little disappointed at just walking in to a couple of other places, we sought advice from a local and were given this address. We weren't disappointed! The staff realised they had English-only speakers and were attentive rather than dismissive, explaining everything on the menu (and that was a lot), and answering our... More

It is my second time in this restaurant. We went in three during the week. Both times I started with a delicious appetizer (Apuli terra freddo e caldo). The first part consisted of an assortment of cheeses, olives and cold cuts. Later, it came a dish consisting of small samples of Parmiggiana, purée with chicory and more. Everything was good!... Yes I know that Bologna is the heart of Emilia Romagna where the cuisine is simply superb. However, if you aren't going to travel south to the region of Puglia then a meal at Officine Degli Apuli is the next best thing. Tucked away on a side street this restaurant offers specialties from Puglia, like Burrata, which we consider to... More

I guess it is one of the best pizza in town. Most probably the only one serving kamut and special pizzas. Service is friendly and very professional. For a perfect dinner with kids or friends

This busy little place is tucked down a small side street with very few other shops or restaurants. It has a nice feel inside, with lots of staff and we were given a warm welcome. The inside is large and it continues out the back of the property and I think there is some outdoor seating for the summer months.... More

The place was a regular modern Italian restaurant, I was taken there by my Italian friends as a selected fancy resto, and it was fancy. The food was good and generous, especially the steaks. When you go there, dont miss the basement lounge, where the wine and cigar store is, it is fantastic.

Place was recommended by colleagues from Bologna and they did recommend well. The place is large with large tables which was great for our group of 10. Friendly staff explained the menu (which was only in Italian that no one of us speaks) and really quick service considering that the place was crowded especially on a Saturday night. So better... I was taken to this restaurant by a 'local'. A large restaurant, very busy - family groups - traditional decor and food and I'm pretty sure I was the only tourist in the restaurant. Very generous servings - we had an antipasto platter (huge) pasta and then a meat dish - all delicious. Service was very efficient and friendly. A... More
