Very nice food

Very good real Italian house wife cooking. Ravioli and Lasagna where absolutely delicious. Service was ok, but made a mistake concerning the order of dessert : caramel pudding instead of "Fior di Latte". Was good all the same.

The waitstaff was very attentive. The food was delicious; I had lasagna and my husband had tagliatelle with ragu. I would definitely go again if in Bologna.

I have been eating here with Stefano for a long time. Seriously find the restaurant and eat here. You go in as a customer and leave as a friend..... the best in Bologna

Close to the Main Street. Tony's is a traditional Italian restaurant. The food is ok, service very good and the price ok. Worth a visit but not as good as some previous reviews would suggest.

Tony's was reccommended to me last year by a couple of Bolognese folk. It was closed on my first visit so it was a great pleasure to find it open this time. The tagliatelle with ragu sauce was light and savoury - just right. The green salad was simple but fresh and flavoursome. Panna cotta was delicious though its shape... More

We went to Trattoria Tony after the front desk at our hotel recommended it to us. We were seated upon arrival, then ignored. And ignored. And ignored. And ignored. After about 15 minutes, we were finally able to get a waiter's attention. He took our order. And then ignored us some more. The evening pretty went on like this until... More

New to the city, we stumbled upon Tony's and we're glad we did. We asked what the how specialties were, and ordered the tortellini with meat sauce, the tortelloni with tomato sauce and the Bolognese cutlet. All were delicious! When asked, we were brought English menus and the waiter spoke English. Every table was full. Definitely recommend!

Were seated right away. After we sat were promptly ignored for over 20 minutes. Restaurant wasn't overly crowed, one waitress was just standing there. in Bologna food is pretty good every where. This was food was standard for Bologna, but they totally lose it on the service. I love Bologna, but this is a place not worth the effort.

I would rate as 4 stars, however my partner would not. This is maybe a question of choice however. Service and location was very good. Wine was also really tasty (regional barbera). That is if you are having meat. My aforementioned partner thinks it was average and over-priced. I had the steak with green pepper sauce and really enjoyed it.... More

We had one of the best meals in this unpretentious trattoria. The roasted lamb and the veal were excellent, very good pasta to start with and the barbera (of the region) was topclass. Price/Quality unbeatable.
