It was a friendly bussiness dinner after a long day. Pizza was excellent and the sea food had compliments from my friends (personaly seafood is not my first choice but i tasted from my friens and it was very nice). Generaly you can find place but of course it is better to make reservation for dinner.

No longer a hidden gem, this tiny restaurant in the heart of Bologna is a must... Book well in advance to avoid disappointment (NB not always open on Sundays). With no menu, each course is a surprise; with about six or seven very filling fish antipasti and a main dish, this restaurant is a seafood lover's dream. The deserts were... More

After doing a bit of research before travelling to Bologna I tried to telephone the restaurant before leaving the UK to book a table for the Saturday evening. Unfortunately the lady who answered did not have very good English or rather I can't speak any Italian so all I could translate was that they were closed. However not being put... More

We came here early because we know from the reviews that it's a small place. When we arrived a man told us that we should come back at 8pm. So we waited almost 45 minutes. When we came back, he just said "no reservation, no place". Couldn't he say that earlier? What a bad service.

The seafood here is extremely good, every ingredient the dish makes sense and complements it. The place is small, but the atmosphere charming and the people very friendly. It is probably the best place in Bologna for a fish meal, and you won't regret choosing it. Reservations are a must

No menu. Seven different 'taster' courses were brought out, each beautifully presented and explained in detail by the friendly yet unobtrusive staff. Each one was absolutely delicious. The cuttlefish with radicchio and peas was lovely as was the turbot, swordfish, mussels. The Sicilian wine was great too! A truly memorable experience!

Very small restaurant with no menu and not much English spoken. We were the only tourists and the owner Salvatore told us to trust him for the menu, which we did. We had seven courses of unbelievable seafood, served over three hours. We cannot wait to return next year. There is limited pasta for the non seafood customers.
