This place takes a bit of finding but is well worth it. the ice creams are described above the counter but unfortunately the pans are covered so you cannot see what you are getting. I felt a bit rushed to order as there were people behind me so I did not know what I was getting until I tasted it.... More

Gelato is good all around Bologna but this place is different, you can see they mean business when you walk in and see the huge mixing vats behind the counter and all the gelati stored in stainless steel vats closed with lids. Browse the menu and dive into some unique flavours that you won't see elsewhere. Came here twice and... More

We stopped by on our way to Giardini Margherita. Great taste and excelent service. I would take one anytime I'm close by but would not go across the city for it. All ice cream shops I rated 5 star have similar quality, way above what I have tried until now at home.

This place has excellent gelato and is so far tied with Fior d'luna in Rome for the best gelato I've had yet. However, this place is different as it offers both traditional and unique flavours of gelato. I recommend being adventurous and trying one of their unique flavours, because every gelato place offers chocolate but how many offer ricotta and... More

After visiting another highly recommended gelato place yesterday, we then came across some amazing reviews for this Sorbetteria so had to go. It's a fair walk from the centre of Bologna but well worth it. There was a queue out on to the street when we got there so we knew it must be good. We chose two flavours each,... More

I saw a line and I got in it, payed off. They are less about sorbet and more about Gelato specifically fancy high quality ingredient with chunks and swirls. This is in my top 3 Gelatarias in Italy.

if you like ice cream you can find your paradice. Any kind of cream with particular tastes that maches together in a wonderful way. A pleasure to discover it and to taste it.

A little away from the central piazza Maggiore down Via Castiglione this ice cream parlour provides the tastiest and richest of ice creams. Just terrific!
