Hard to believe the huge crowds of Bolognese locals swarming into this place. Great food. The waiter was harried, but did the best he could. Very tasty!

This restaurant was near where we were staying, and our host recommended it, so we happily tried it. Loved the table linens.. cute and retro. Nice outdoor seating. Waiter was nice enough, but soon became scarce. The good: lasagna bolognese was quite good-- creamy and flavorful. If you stick to that, you will have a nice, simple dinner. The other... More

I was travelling alone. I often do, and some places can be unwelcoming. When I went in to ask for a lunch table for later, I was told I could have a table 'for an hour, now' -it was booked for 1.30. Not the greatest start, but the menu looked interesting, so I sat down. I don't know why all... More

An excellent meal, recommended by a local. We called in to make a reservation, which was a good idea as by 8.30 there was a long queue of people waiting for a table to come free, always a good sign. The food was all local, freshly made and of an excellent quality. Service great and very friendly and helpful.

Small family Trattoria which offers excellent food at a very good price where the owner speaks excellent English. The house red was very acceptable. It seemed to get very busy as it was obviously well used by the locals so I am glad we called in to reserve a table.

Small family restaurant which I thoroughly enjoyed .My main course of roasted young goat was as the late Michael Winner used to say , historic !! absolutely wonderful. My wives pasta dish of ham and asparagus was unremarkable - she was disappointed . The service from the owner was very efficient , almost too fast. even though this review may... More

We stopped here for lunch on our way from Florence to Venice for lunch. It was a real treat. The weather was perfect - we sat outside and enjoyed our meal amongst the local Italians. The food was excellent - homemade pasta, homemade desserts, gelato, etc. I went inside and found a woman in the back hand rolling ravioli. How... More

The food is very good, the service is nice and the price fair. Cons are small seating spaces and maybe the food is served too quickly, they may want to free the table. For sure a place to go for high quality food!

Really really lovely meal, I had two half portions of desert (tirimisu and panacota) as I couldn't decide and I can truthfully say they were the best I have ever had! I suggest you book especially if it's cold or damp as everyone will want to sit inside, but if you don't, and have to wait it's worth it. Go... More

We went there for lunch and had a wonderful meal! The risotto was just delicious and we had grilled steak. It was wonderful, juicy, tender, just scrumptious! We, too, had the house wine and although good, the food deserved a much better wine! Loved the attitude of the servers. We are planning to return tomorrow. Really well worth it!!!
