We've been in Italy for 10 days so far and this is THE BEST! Smooth, rich, great flavors. Treat yourself. It's worth coming directly here- skip lunch.

Italy's not short of a good gelateria or two, but this one is up there with the best of them. Absolutely delicious ice cream, wide variety of flavours, large scoops, relatively low prices and friendly staff. Came here every day whilst in Urbino!

In the center of Urbino very good home made ice. In Le Marche it is difficult to fine good icecream. Here is a place that does. Also shop interior likes good and modern. English spoken.

When in Italy, we try to eat gelato at least twice a day—it's far superior to anything we can get in the USA. In Italy, most gelaterias we've tried are either good or really good. La Romana falls in the "really good" category. Definitely worth a visit!

a nice place in the middle of urbino, with an incredible variety of tastes, i love White nutella with nuts, but every taste is delicious. Pay attention 2 scoops are really big and if you want to try 3 scoops it s necessary to be ready for all that sweet.

This place was great. For 1.80 euros I got two scoops of the most amazing gelato. What looked like dark chocolate and another scoop of grandma's cookie flavor. Fantastic, one of the best gelatos of my life.

The best ice cream I have ever had (pistacchio and nociola)!!! Now no ice cream tastes good in comparison with their ice cream. I recommed it to everyone - you will not regret having tried some of their tastes.

Great flavors, made of organic milk. The waitess made an effort to understand our poor Italian and was kind. Pleasantly surprised by the price too!

Excellent Italian Ice Cream, where I believe you can now get just as good pasta, pizza and other Italian foods in England now you still can't beat going to the source for the Ice Cream (weather helps!). Enjoyed a variety of flavours over several visits. Chocolate was stunning as were some of the more fruity flavours which I am not... More

I am not really into icecream, but you can't be in Italy without having some. So we went to this Gelateria at the central square and I chose the dark chocolate icecream...... it is heaven! My friend told me the zuppa Inglese was also terrific.
