We stopped off at this cafeteria on our tour of the Vatican. It was a warm day and we were pretty exhausted after some hours of walking. We got an iced coffee which was good. The only problem was there is no seating in this place. A seat would have been so welcome. We had a filled flat bread which... More

We reserved for night tour stating at 7 pm, but we were out by 930 pm. This site needs 4 hours or more.

I had very high hopes for Ristorante die Musei Vaticani based on the high trip advisor reviews. It was such a disappointment. The menu had very limited options. The pizzas looked and tasted like frozen pizza. The service was poor. When I asked for recommendations, the wait staff shrugged and curtly told me they are all good and I should... More

I had read prior to going to Italy, not to eat near the Vatican and this restaurant proved that tip to be right. I knew we should have looked for something down the block but with 2 complaining kids and sore feet after the long tour thru the Vatican, we just couldn't bear to take another step. The Good- The... I went here with a month in advance reservation for 40 hungry students and they did a decent job in having everything ready. It's a great option if you are coming straight out from the Museum, because it's just so close to the exit of the Museum. The food is average, but not disappointing.

Not recommend this place. We went to the restaurant after reviewing the good credits on Tripadvisor. It was valued "the best restaurant in Vatican" that time. But actually we felt dissapointed after that meal. We ordered a Carbonara, it was very dry and the taste is weird. Funghi Pizza was ok. But what pissed me off the most, was that... More

Just dont be lazy and kick your assie to find better place that this. Yes, yes its exactly Museum entrance but its not worthy. THey are superexpensive, waiters are not exactly nice and also food is just for a tourists. Go down the street and you can find several gellateria and caffes with panini in good price

We stopped for lunch here mainly as we were within the Vatican Museums themselves but it was better than expected. The foot was really tasty and very good value. We opted for one of the "menus" which were a cheese and meat board, a large glass of wine and a coffee for 17E each.

My husband and I went over to the pizza and fish section. Throughout or stay in Rome we have come across very few people who clearly do not like our foreign selves, and this is among the places we experienced it. The woman who served us was rude and snappy even though we were very very polite. Ordered fish and... More

This is a typical overpriced eating house. The service is good and there it stops. Food was basic fast food at high quality restaurant prices. The toilets were in a dark corner , cramped and lacking in paper and soap. Give it a miss and eat well away from the Vatican floor better quality and value
