This is one of those places where just by their amazing location, could get away with mediocre or worse food. Instead they do a fantastic job and for less money than you'd think. DO NOT MISS the special antipasto - but share it with someone. The artichoke was amazing as was the little "donut" filled with ricotta and anointed with... More

This restaurant is located near Parco Villa Geogoriana. You have to walk the buildings behind the restaurant to get there. Upon arriving, was greeted cheerfully by the waiters. As the weather was sunny yet cooling, I choose to sit outside to have a view of the surroundings. Just at the restaurant premises, is the 2,000 year old temple, and you... More

My friends and I are still talking about the beautiful setting and excellent lunch we had at Sabilla. You really can't beat the view and ambience. In particular the chestnut pasta was the best dish I had in two weeks of traveling through Italy. It was the perfect start to our tour of Villa d'Este.

The location of this restaurant can not be beaten. It looks over the Parco Villa Gregoriana. Sadly that is all it had to offer. The food and service were very below average. We were very disappointed as it had been highly recommended.

After a visit to the stunning gardens of Villa d'Este, and before we went down to loose our calories into the garden of Villa Gregoriana, we had the pleasure to have a very nice lunch at Sibilla. Remarkeable good!. On this crowded sunday we where -without reservation- at 12.30 hrs. one of the first lunch guests. Within an hour the... More

Our wedding planner recommended this idilic setting for a meal with my parents after our beautiful wedding in Tivoli. The views were amazing and the food was fantastic. It was a great way to round of such a perfect day!

I lunched at Sibilla with family and friends in September. We ate there after visiting Hadrian's Villa and before going on to the Tivoli Gardens. This is a lovely place to dine. We ate outdoors under umbrellas and enjoyed the views of both the gorge and the Temple. The food was very good. A wonderful fresh salad. I had a... More

Sibilla has been a restaurant for over 200 years. It has a Roman temple and is on the edge of a deep gorge. Practice, practice, practice is how to become a fine restaurant. We were fortunate to have our guide reserve for us, they know her, and we had a nice outdoor seat. Two large banquets were set-up when we... More
