Charming and Delicious

Sibilla was recommended to us by our guide Agnes and it did not disappoint. The five of us shared two antipasto dishes, charmingly served on multi-tiered platters, and the selections were delicious. The wood burning fireplace was a welcome touch on a cold, rainy day.

Historical restaurant serving kings and queens since the 1700s. Must go on a bright, sunny, warm day so you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view of the temple of Vesta and of the landscape around it. The menu is varied and the dishes are traditional yet very tasty. The table service is good but the only flaw... More

What a pleasure for us to eat outside in February! The very best food - great fresh ingredients cooked simply and excellently! This restaurant has been patronised by, among others, il principe Girolamo Napoleone, Princess Margaret, Yoko Ono and now me and my best friends! Pranzare italiano lungamente in tensione dell'affresco di Al! Log live Italian al fresco dining!

Time your visit to Villa d'Este so that you can have lunch at Sibilla. The restaurant overlooks a huge valley and is gorgeous. I would suggest getting just the "small bites," and skip the regular entrees. A nice glass of wine and several appetizers will make for a perfect al fresco lunch.

We stumbled upon this beautiful place by chance and felt it was one of our Favourite experiences in Italy, ever. the location is unbeatable, the food is exceptional, light, fresh, expertly cooked and interesting. We were a group of 7, spoke little Italian but the friendly staff steered us through lunch. How lucky were we. An unforgettable day. And by... More

This is one of those places where just by their amazing location, could get away with mediocre or worse food. Instead they do a fantastic job and for less money than you'd think. DO NOT MISS the special antipasto - but share it with someone. The artichoke was amazing as was the little "donut" filled with ricotta and anointed with... More

This restaurant is located near Parco Villa Geogoriana. You have to walk the buildings behind the restaurant to get there. Upon arriving, was greeted cheerfully by the waiters. As the weather was sunny yet cooling, I choose to sit outside to have a view of the surroundings. Just at the restaurant premises, is the 2,000 year old temple, and you... More
