This is one of the best restaurants that I ever been to. LOVE the food! LOVE the restaurant environment, decor, etc. LOVE eating next to Roman Temple of Vesta and the Sanctuary of the Sybil. What more can you ask for?? One thing that fascinated me (never saw it before) is that they serve your main course on a slab... More

Sibilla was the most memorable meal I have ever had!!!!! The restaurant itself is 300 years old and the ancient temple is 3000 year old that is adjacent to it. We ate outside with our old friends who live in Tivoli. The food was amazing from the non stop appetizers to the incredible meats served on salt slabs to the... More

We spent the day in Tivoli from Rome. It was my partners birthday, and after a morning at the stunning Villa D'Este we headed to Sibilla for lunch. It's absolutely stunning, from the Roman ruins in the grounds, and the view over the waterfall, then the dining area, with the beautiful wisteria covered terrace. The perfectly laid tables with the... More

Three couples had lunch today at Sibilla. We didn't want to leave. The staff was amazing. The rabbit ragu was incredible and all of my guests were blown away by their choices. Very reasonable too. Two bottles of wine and we took pictures of the waterfall , gorge, ruins and hillside. Had no interest in dinner tonight. How could we?

Amazing location! Spectacular! This is the first thought that came to my mind when I first saw Sibilla in pictures. It was love at first sight ... That is why we chose it as a place to celebrate our second wedding anniversary: far from the chaos of Rome, in Tivoli, the charming small medieval city. Sibilla is one its its... More

I agree with others, that short of a pack lunch in the Roman Forum, I don’t think you can have a meal as close to an ancient temple anywhere else in the world. Combine that with the stunning view over Villa Gregoriana and this does top most places for a fabulous setting, night or day. Despite this and truly excellent... More

I dont think you can have a meal as close to a 2200 year old temple anywhere else in the world. It is a must for people interested in history and in a romantic place to never forget... The food was very good (not the best ever had, but very good). We had the seafood antipasti. Service was excellent. They... More

An upscale restaurant where the outdoor seating gives you a view of the garden of Villa Georgeanna and you are right next to the Temple of Vesta. To find it turn right when you exit the railway station and walk along the road (the tourists tend to cross the first pedestrian bridge they find). You can see it from the... More

The food is excellent. Service is impeccable. Location leaves you longing for more when you leave. Sibilla has got to have one of the greatest patios between Tivoli and Rome.

When in Tivoli, be sure to skip over to many shop merchants inviting you to come in to eat their fresh food and head straight over to Sibilla, a few minute walk away from the Villa d'Esta and the train station. The view is stunning with ancient ruins on site - if you eat outside, you'll be looking at them... More
