Outdoor perfection surrounded by waterfalls, ruins and wisteria take you to another world. We took a day trip from Rome to Tivoli to see Villa De Este gardens. A must do stop almost as important as the gardens is lunch at Sibilla. This is true beauty in atmosphere and the food is delightful. The proseco flowed and I didn't want... More

From the covered outside seating area shaded by Wisteria, you have a view of a temple on your left and a wooded hill, gorge, and waterfall on your right. You feel like you have walked onto the set of a real life "An Enchanted April". The food for lunch was delicious, extremely fresh, and well presented. Staff was attentive, friendly,... More

Folks, this is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to not only enjoy an exquisite dining experience, but also to be sitting where kings, consorts, queens and sheikhs have also chosen to go as well! It goes without saying that every place you go in Italy has some historical significance to it. Let me set the scene for you...... The sun is shining... More

We ate a lovely lunch here under the vines, overlooking the hills and mountains outside of Rome. The food was delicious, the setting beautiful, and the service graciously friendly. The owners and staff spoke perfect English and were attentive without being overbearing. A nice wine list was complemented by a small but thoughtful list of birra artigianale. The pasta was... More

Apparently a restaurant has been on this site for hundreds of years and one can see why. The place is so beautiful, if one eats outside you are dining in the shadow of a Roman ruin and overlooking a beautiful gorge with cascading roundabouts. The food was superb and so was the service. We found the simplicity of good food... More

This is an amazing location and a very special place to eat especially in the summer because of the wonderful view on waterfalls. The outside terrace is covered with wisteria and the food is presented picture perfect.

Just everything about this restaurant is perfect from the truly elegant setting next to a 1700s temple set in the middle of a gorge, to the table service, the food, the wine and the restaurant itself...just perfect. We had a meze of fish dishes before our main, followed by desert and appetiser and it was all so delicious. A once... More

We had lunch here on the terrace after touring the Tivoli Gardens. The restaurant is magical; it sits at the foot of a Roman temple to the goddess Sybil, hence the name, and above the river. The service is first rate and the food some of the best in Italy. The mixed appetizer tray was out of this world and... More
