I dont think you can have a meal as close to a 2200 year old temple anywhere else in the world. It is a must for people interested in history and in a romantic place to never forget... The food was very good (not the best ever had, but very good). We had the seafood antipasti. Service was excellent. They... More

An upscale restaurant where the outdoor seating gives you a view of the garden of Villa Georgeanna and you are right next to the Temple of Vesta. To find it turn right when you exit the railway station and walk along the road (the tourists tend to cross the first pedestrian bridge they find). You can see it from the... More

The food is excellent. Service is impeccable. Location leaves you longing for more when you leave. Sibilla has got to have one of the greatest patios between Tivoli and Rome.

When in Tivoli, be sure to skip over to many shop merchants inviting you to come in to eat their fresh food and head straight over to Sibilla, a few minute walk away from the Villa d'Esta and the train station. The view is stunning with ancient ruins on site - if you eat outside, you'll be looking at them... More

Certainly one of the best restaurants in Tivoli, and one worth trying. Their caprese salad is one of the tastiest and most unique I have ever had. The meats are charcoal grilled to perfection in an outdoor wood oven. Pasta dishes are filling and flavorful. The view of the town from the outside patio is an added bonus. This is... More

Went there for the second time running at Easter. A rarity for me. I like change. Although they were busy the service was impeccable., present but not invasive in any way. More importantly The food sublime. Perfect portions excellent balance between starters and mains. Also let them choose the wine... couldn't have done better myself. Most restaurants at High days... Maybe we caught them on a bad day. It was lunch time. Clearly there had been a big service just before but almost all of the tables were at coffee. The setting is marvellous. The wine list is wonderful and extensive. We had a lovely aglianico. We ordered two courses each. The first pair were beautiful and served after about 10... More
