Really loved it

From meeting the young lady outside who was tempting us to visit, we enjoyed meeting each of the staff. The interior was fresh and attractive. The menu didn't appear to be comprehensive - but they offered great flexibility. After a super pasta dish I had Pork with potatoes. The pork was really... read more

This was our third day in Rome and our best meal. We truly enjoyed our time at the restaurant. Wonderful service and excellent food. Blessed to have this as our last meal in Rome.

Nice apple cake. Really loved it. Lunch is okay. Had to pay 12euro cover charge. Too much for lunch. Don't think it's value for money.

We were looking for a place for lunch and they accommodated us by moving flowers and other stuff from a table for two by the door but in the shade. We had pizza and pear and gorgonzola salad, beer and coffee. It was busy with locals of all ages from families with older and young children as well as a... More

Food was for sure good, but dry bread in a basket 3e and bottle of still water 4e was ridiculous. One beer, one glass of white wine plus two pastas were 41euros. Good thing was that pasta was delicious and we got very friendly service.

We were in fontana di Trevi and we looked for a place to eat when we saw this restaurant. It is small and quite crowed but it seems less touristic than others in the area. Also, inside there were many italian families,so we approached. The girl outside was very polite and friendly. She gave us chairs to sit as we waited for our table... One of the many restaurants that have someone outside trying to entice you to come in. The young lady was very nice and we were a jet lagged family looking for our first meal in Rome. Small tables/seating area, but the staff was friendly. They have a "bread" charge (coperto), but no service charge. Pizza was good and the service... More

We were tired after a long day of trekking in Rome, and just happened upon this spot. It was wonderful. We had pizza, grilled vegetables, and salad, which were all excellent. I would highly recommend it for anyone seeking family style Italian. The family which runs it were wonderful people.

Agrodolce is a tiny restaurant in a small winding alley near the Trevi Fountain (if you're looking at the Trevi, take the alleyway at 10 o'clock). When we happened upon it, we were exhausted after a long day of walking through Villa Borghese and the Piazzo del Popolo. There was a little display of freshly made pasta outside. The doorway... Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
