The place is small, you will feel almost sharing the tables with people next to you. We went because is recommended as inexpensive but portions were kind of small.
Our first dinner in Rome was here and it was wonderful! I had a ravioli and salmon dish and my husband had the 4 cheese gnocchi... Both were delicious! We also had their house wine & tiramisu... So good! We had to restrain ourselves from wanting to go back because we wanted to try other restaurants. I would definitely recommend... More
Everything was really good, especially the meat dishes. Had pasta as an entree and glad i got two courses because pasta dishes were quite small. Would recommend!
We decided to eat here on our first night in Rome, in late September 2013... The atmosphere was lovely, the food delicious and the restaurant interior a treat to behold. We were also on a tight budget. We ordered fish (I forget what type) - not realising that the price was per 100g of fish - (8euros in this case),... More
We ended up having dinner at RomAntica our last two nights in Rome because the restaurant was within walking distance of our hotel and we had received a card which gave us a discount. The restaurant is larger than it seems but it was still packed both inside and outside - both nights. There seemed to be mainly tourists so... More
I visit the restaurant with my family last week. The very large restaurant has a nice italien interior decoration. The Service was efficient but unfriendly. The house-wine was fine and good value. The pasta was as a starter ok, but as main court not enough. The fish-dish was cold. Lastly I mention the guitarrist. He plays till you give up... More
It was good to get to a restaurant and be served a drink so efficiently, however, this was the best thing about the night. I had spaghetti vongole which had a good flavour, but the pasta tasted like hokkein noodles. The main was veal scallopini which was dreadful -inedible. Still tasted of flour. The staff were very efficient and friendly... More
This was a very good restaurant near where we stayed. I've seen some reviews complaining about the time spent waiting for food, but I think that this is a cultural misunderstanding. There were a lot of locals eating here, which is always a good sign and the atmosphere was relaxed, The staff were friendly and our food came about the... More
We had a nice lunch here. Raviolli romagniola (or something like that) were one of the best tried raviolli. Tagliata di manzo was great. Tiramusu was just amaizing. Products used seemed to be high quality and fresh. It was a little overpriced though. Around 120 euro for three first dishes, two second, one antipasta, one desert, one glass of wine.... More
