Gorgeous restaurant, fabulous wines and great service to boot!

We literally stumbled across this gem when wandering the back streets of Rome looking for a suitable venue to celebrate a 50th birthday. The menu looked good and we enquired about a table only to find it was nearly fully booked- only one small table left near the door. Well fully booked sounded... read more

We literally stumbled across this gem when wandering the back streets of Rome looking for a suitable venue to celebrate a 50th birthday. We saw the Rainbow Flag on the front door and stopped in before our Segway tour. What a wonderful little place, the food was amazing and the service was super friendly! It's a bit hidden but when you find it you will feel like you've enjoyed one of Rome's hidden gems!

this place is worth a walk if you are in the neighbourhood. We found it by accident and were immediately hit by the pleasant atmosphere and the customer oriented service. We only ordered starters for lunch (yes, tipically Dutch), water and an affordable Nebiolo. Ham, vegetables, artichaud, all very tasteful. Highly recommended. Be aware that at dinner time the place... More

We have been here several times and it is always a nice experience. Great pasta and the housewine is of good quality. You have to make a reservation, most evening they are fully booked. Reasonably priced and you will have a glass of limoncello on the house coming with your bill. The only issue here is, that you often have... More

Such a perfect, cozy, delicious restaurant. We had the fortune ( or maybe misfortune because we can't eat here anymore!) of finding this gem on our last day in Rome. We were in Rome for a week and this is by far the best restaurant we ate in. Friendly staff, good wine, overall excellence. You know something is good when... More

10 years ago we came across a restaurant with a signboard featuring something that sounded good. We somehow found our way back that evening for a fantastic meal with a fantastic staff. It's a small place located in an alley. Armed with fuzzy and romantic memories we search for it 10 years later. We believe we find the alley but... More

this place is hard to find, even with GPS, but well worth it. We went here twice on our recent trip and loved it, made sure our last dinner in Rome was here to seal the trip. Staff is great and attentive, food was superb.

The restaurant is nice and cosy and has a mix of locals and tourists. Service was also good and the waitresses were friendly without being intrusive. They started us off with a basket of bread which was very good. And my friends and I all had different starters and pastas, which were all good - everyone couldn't decide if they... More

This restaurant is over crowded: food is good and the service is perfect. Nice warm environment, very friendly staff. Food was nice: octopus very tender and the pasta dishes well done. Homemade pasta like should be in Italy. Recommended even if a little bit expensive.
