The food was lovely. We had a great pasta, but the waiter was very annoyed. Every time we ordered he gave us the "I hate my job look "

This place is across the road from the Colosseum so well placed as a sheltered watering hole after 2+ hours doing the full guided tour. Initially it was drinks but the girls escaped to go look at the nearby shops as directed by Sammy (as pictured) while the boys caned the refreshments and free (and surprisingly good) wifi. Sammy was... More

We were out and about walking around the Roman Forum and the surrounding area and the weather was getting very threatening. We decided on an early lunch and what a decision it was - before the heavens well and truly opened! The service was faultless, with a mixture of Italian staff and Asian, all accomodating. We ordered bread and oil... More

We went to this restaurant after going to the colloseum. It was very busy but we managed to get a table. The service was very slow to begin with and you literally had to wave your hands to get their attention! We were there for hours and had a very relaxing dinner and plenty of prosecco. The food was delicious... More

While on holidays in Rome with a friend, we went to this restaurant at least six or seven times per week. We loved their homemade "tè freddo" and their "Aperol Spritz". Also, the food was excellent (we tasted a lot of things on their menu). The good mood and attitude of the waiters was also very contagious, and this made... More

After a day of walking visiting Rome, we chose last attraction: Colosseum. We chose by default where to have dinner ... Italian dinner with Pasta and Pizza. The place is cozy, welcoming but agglomerate with people smiling and extremely operatives (waiters). The service was fast and efficient. Normal food, nothing special, good pasta and pizza.

It was a sweltering day in Rome. We had just finished touring the Colosseo and the Roman Forum. We came across this restaurant and it looked so cool and inviting that we decided to have lunch. The food was good, reasonably priced given the location, and the service was cheerful! Our waiter ended all of his conversations in a sing-song... More
