Very pleasant

My husband and I enjoyed a very pleasant and relaxing lunch out of the heat. The service was quick and efficient. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the music that was playing with a little loud preventing my husband and I from having a nice quiet discussion. The food was of high... read more

We stumbled on Terrazza Barberini by accident on the first of our seven nights in Rome. We were vaguely hungry and after freshening-up at the hotel on Via Nazionale we walked towards Repubblica in search our first night's dinner. It's not much to look at downstairs - a fairly busy little marquee on the street which we didn't fancy so... More

We visited this restaurant because it was advised by a business man who sold us some suits at his store near by. We got there and it was nothing special but then we were taken up stairs and the ambiance was much nicer. We weren't given any menus and instead given appetizers that we never asked for. We waited to... More

It is the best place in Rome :) in the evening there was a singer Who sang best songs in the world. We had very very good time. We danced a lot and sang songs. And the waiter was the best. I totally recommend this place

This was the first restaurant we dined at whilst in Rome, we chose it as the ourdoor seating area was packed and the food looked amazing. Had amazing service from a waiter who made great food suggestions such as the caprese salad. The pizza was one of the best and the pasta was beautiful. Great location next to Barberini square... New ownership, new manager, fantastic roof top patio. Good food and service. Open 7 am to midnight - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Canopy area on the sidewalk as well. Convenient to all tour buses as stop is near by. Well worth a visit!

Located near one of the bus stops for the Hop on hop off service is a great place to relax and unwind and enjoy a relaxing coffee or tea and a pastry. Huge café /restaurant and pizza place with very good and friendly service from the staff. They have many choices for Italian food and pastries with fresh salads .... More

In between tours of Rome, we stopped at Terrazza Barberini because the menu looked interesting and we were hungry. Best decision we could have made! My partner's spaghetti carbonara was superb while my veal was exquisite. I had though I was ordering scallops (mistranslation) so was a little surprised to see veal medallions on the plate with perfect white wine... More

This restaurant is on the top floor of the Hotel Barberini, famous of making the movie “Da Vinici Code”. It is most romantic place, with beautiful view of the City of Rome. Be sure to reserve place in advance and be there before sunset. You will love it. The food is very tasty (especially the fish), the vine is great,... More

This place and specifically the manager restored our faith in Roman hospitality. We couldn't have been made more welcome. We ordered things that were not on the menu and the establishment provided, the arrancini was out of this world. ;)

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
