We were a lagre group eating and we had the option to choose the fish menu or the meat menu. I had the fish menu. The starter, Prawn carpaccio, did not taste anything. The pasta with seafood shell was horrendous salty. The dessert was a cake with vanilla cream. Either the cream was gone bad or the Roquefort taste in... More

We stumbled on this place one evening having stopped to get out of a downpour, attempting to avoid a further soaking we stopped for a drink. The waiter seemed very friendly, pleasant and welcoming and the 2 diners braving the outside (albeit undercover), seemed happy with their meal and as the menu looked okay we decided to try the Terrazza... We chose this place among others in the area because it seemed the most decent and had what seemed a cosy terrace. The terrace itself is ok, but the traffic passes by very close and the tourist buses makes a stop just outside. Reduces level of cosiness immensely. The food we had; one pizza and one calzone, was quite acceptable.... More

A tourist trap ! Nice location but the food is horrible , we ordered octopus as a starter was barely ok , then lobster pasta that was a disaster I can't imagine that the idea of bad pasta can even exist in rome !!! Then we had the worst streak anyone can have , burned and unshew able ! And... More

We spent a great evening, eating the best pasta I ever had in my life! The price-quality ratio is reasonable and service is very friendly and professional.

I have been in Terrazza Barberini for dinner with my family. There was a magic atmosphere and food was delicious! I recommend it to all the tourists in Rome.

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
