A Night to remember

We tried the tasting menu and enjoyed every dish. The original combination of fruit in different shapes was very tasteful : rhubarb with foie gras, mango and grape fruit with scallops, pine Apple with the duck . Not to mention a superb service and a magnificent view.

If you enjoy good food in a dining room with reasonable views over Rome but with average service levels , a "lazy" matching wine pairing and an expensive bill for the overall package you receive then the Hotel Eden restaurant is for you. The dining room is an attractive shade of light greys with reasonable views over Rome ( the... More

The Hotel Eden is located in a beautiful part of Rome. The restaurant is perched on the roof top with a view of the city of Rome like no other. The service and the food are some of the best in Rome. It is also a lovely place to go for a drink and just enjoy the view. When in... More

The food was the best. We were seated at the back table with a 360 view of the city below. The portions were small for the price we paid but the view is what we paid for. It was our first night in Rome and we are glad we came.

The Restaurant was excellent by all means, The location and view is great, the service is perfect, the food was very delicious, even when my wife didn't like her desert very much, they gladly took it off our bill. we had the Scallops and Goose Foie Gras as starter and both dishes were a work of art, for the main... We ate here as a result of a personal recommendation and are certainly glad that we did. The restaurant is located on the sixth floor of the Hotel Eden, about three blocks from Via Veneto. The view of Rome is incredible. The restaurant sports a Michelin star and I cannot imagine how anyone can have two or three stars if... More

Executive Chef Fabio Ciervo and his very talented staff are to be commended for their exceptional creations. We ate at this restaurant last night and decided to have the tasting menu. It was absolutely amazing. Each course was better than the last. It was the best meal we have ever had and we live in NYC and eat at high end restaurants often so that is saying something. The service was impeccable. It is not cheap, but... More

If you're romantic, like exquisitely-prepared food and immaculate service--and don't mind dropping some coin--this experience can't be missed. For me as a chef, one of the best meals of my life. If the food doesn't blow you away, the view of Rome is certain to. Don't miss this experience!!!

Yes, this is very expensive. However it also offers some of the best meals in Rome in an unforgettable setting. So hang the cost! We had the tasting menu and it was worth every penny (or cent!). Add a beautiful ambience, impeccable service and a sense of discreet lucury. Result - an unforgettable meal in a beautiful city.

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
