I'm not much of a coffee drinker but I thank god my aunt pushed me to drink espresso in this place. It was the best espresso I ever had. Ever. I may sound exaggerate, but I think I'll go kill a man one day just to have this coffee. If you ask me what I do in my weekend back... More

Our home town of San Francisco takes coffee seriously (witness Blue Bottle, Philz, Trouble Cafe & other favorites), but few places there can match the sense of history, character & vibe of Sant'Eustachio il Caffe in Rome. After marveling at the calm, cool, spherical space of the Pantheon, it was a toss-up between a granita at Tazzo d'Oro & a... More

We had read that this place had delicious coffee so decided to give it a try one morning in Rome. It definitely lived up to its expectations. Decently priced, in a good location, and very good coffee. I would absolutely recommend stopping here while you're in Rome!

I love coffee, so I had to try this place which was recommended to me by our private guide who is based in Rome. This is one of the oldest coffee shops and it has a lot of character to it. We bought bags of their beans to make back home. Worth a visit. Their grancrema is really strong!

This is just to THANK YOU, Roberto, Raimondo, Andrea and others, for the incredible coffee every morning and day for the entire week we stayed in Rome last spring. Sant’Eustachio is there place where my daughters tried their very first coffee in their lives – and they still long for that splendid taste. You are really awsome, the team of... More

We went there expecting a special coffee; instead we got an average coffee and cappuccino (really nothing special, actually...) and a huge bill; definitely overpriced for what it is. I recumbent to cross the street and go to Cafe et Caffee, run by very nice Napolitan people with an incredible cappuccino and delicious pastries.

The coffee is excellent, I still miss it's taste. The coffee shop is located right behind the Pantheon.

From the Julia Roberts movie, EAT,PRAY,LOVE, this cafe has the best espresso in Rome. A little pricey for an espresso, but well worth the try. Their secret is in the sugar at the bottom of the cup. Very foamy espresso, strong, just like I love it! I brought back some pucks that fit into my Nespresso machine, but the coffee... More

We first experienced Sant Eustachio as part of a food and wine tour. It was a terrific expresso and a great atmosphere that you could see was dedicated to the profession. It was so good we made sure to take a trip back the following day and had the perfect cup of cappuccino on a morning filled with rain showers.... More
