Great food, fabulous wine list

Busy, so book ahead (we did). The food was very good, especially the antipasti selection. They have a great wine list with some choices we'd been hoping to see, and the waiter was great, chatting to us about our wine choice. I would definitely go back!

This place is wonderful. While it looks small from the outside there's plenty of room inside. Everything we ordered was fantastic and the service was friendly and excellent. It was the best pasta we had in Rome. Lovely place, definitely go.

My family and I tend to visit Rome every year and we always make it a point to visit Ditirambo as we simply love eating there. The menu is vast and the food excellent. The service is always unbeatable and the management and staff are always more than willing to help. I would certainly recommend it as it is definitely... More

Specials were inexpensive and unique (lamb steak with mixed salad was E18). Menu had something for everyone... Including some more "exotic" meats like rabbit. Wine comes in half-litre bottles too. Beer — one kind and by the bottle — was refreshing and poured at the table. Air conditioning inside, or sit on the patio after 8pm to avoid the heat.... More

Superb service, fabulous wines and tasty little surprises which arrive at the table when you least expect them. Best meal and dining experience we have had in our week long holiday. Added bonus of being air conditioned, so a haven to escape the Rome heat.

We came here because it looked very cute and homely from the outside. Although the atmosphere is indeed quite nice and the menu carries a lot of options (helpful when you have vegetarians, gluten and lactose free all in one group) none of the dishes were out of the ordinary. I ordered the calamari and I couldn't taste anything but... More

Changed our original lunch plans to visit Ditirambo on the recommendation of a relative....and so pleased we did!!! We loved everything about this restaurant. The staff - Exceptionally pleasant and helpful and our pasta dishes were to die for, i have never seen so many clams on one plate...... A good choice of wines, but the best was yet to... More

Great service. My dinner was fantastic along with local wine. The waiter explained the dinners perfectly and recommended the speciality of the house. We definitely have marked this resturant as a go back to next year.

Came here on Trip Advisor recommendation. It is a busy place perhaps because of trip adviser. The service was not good perhaps another person or two? The menu is very restricted presumably because they consider themselves to be "fine dining". The menu is not clear regarding what sides come with each meal and the staff are not helpful there. So,... Our group enjoyed a wonderful dinner here for my birthday. The food, the atmosphere, the wine list, the service, all are superb. That said, I chose this restaurant specifically because of the great variety of creative vegetarian options on the menu which can be difficult to find in Rome and they lived up to expectations. I highly recommend the vegetarian... More
