What a lovely little eating house where the food is good and the service is charming. Having become a true disciple of TripAdvisor, I now use it whenever I want to book a good restaurant. Three weeks ago in Istanbul, I was not disappointment. Neither was in the Eternal City, which boasts of over 8,000 establishments. Situated in the centre... More

The food was brilliant. The Octopus is the best I've ever tried, and the pastas were brilliant. If I'm being honest the main course (pork belly) was the least good part of the meal, and was still very tasty. We couldn't handle dessert we were so full, but it looked divine. Very cheery staff and a nice ambiance as well

Agreed that you had better book ahead. Fortunately we did and our group of six had a great meal here on a Sunday evening. Food was delicious and serving staff excellent. It's a lively place although some snooty American diners seemed to think one needed to maintain the decorum of a convent. To the contrary this is a place to... More

enjoyed this casual restaurant; except for the fact it did not open until 730pm. I was ready to eat at 7! fun, friendly place;

Came here for dinner recently because of all the favorable trip advisor reviews. BIG mistake. I got the male server with the pony tail and this dude was apathetic and made poor recommendations. He suggested a $15 cheese plate that consisted of 4 hard cheese that was pretty much close to parmaggiano cheese you could get at Costco. Only good... More

Very busy on a Sunday night ... Booking required. Tight quarters and a lively atmosphere. Young hardworking staff. It's a pretty standard trattoria menu but the kitchen turns out good, hot food. I highly recommend the cacio e pepe. Good wine list. Not a place you'd choose for a quiet romantic dinner but otherwise, a good Roman experience.

This was one of the best restaurants we ate at in Rome. Very authentic Roman traditional food. the pasta and meat dishes were fantastic and service was great. They had unique dishes using fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits. The restaurant seemed to be full of locals and it is a family owned and run restaurant. It had been recommended by... More

Just off Campo de Fiori this quirky trattoria delivered on both flavour and atmosphere. Be sure to book as there wasn't a table free and noticed quite a few people being turned away as they were fully booked. We enjoyed the sharing platter to start, the lamb and steak mains and shared a dessert. The house wine once again complimented... More

Great food with terrific flavour. The seafood carpaccio was outstanding, as was the beef cheek in a lovely rich sauce. Good pasta too and among the best deserts we've found in Rome. The Pistachio ice cream and the zabaglione. Not great at answering the phone, so I popped in to book in the afternoon. A reservation is pretty much a... More

found this restaurant on the "10 best restaurants in Rome" and what a great recommendation. So pleased that we booked as it was packed as we arrived. Food was fantastic, quite unusual but absolutely delicious. Service from all of the staff was first rate, and we were not rushed in anyway. Three hours later we were full of great food... More
