Fun, creative vegetarian cuisine

My wife and I have been here several times. They specialize in vegetarian and vegan cuisine, and do interesting and fun takes on Roman and Italian staples. Good selection of wine as well, and always a different artist's works featured on the walls.

This is one of the restaurants for which I would like to give both one and five stars. Why one star: - extremely expensive. Really, but reaaaally expensive. And it wouldn't be a problem if the portions for normal, and not for birds. But when you give gazillion euros for person and then go out to eat, that's not normal.... More

I used to like this place so much, difficult to reach by car as parking can be a true hassle, but delicious vegetarian food. However, i must say I was quite disappointed last time I went - it had been a few years. Probably caught them on a bad night or maybe I stopped enjoying vegetarian food :)

Lovely location, at the end of one of the loveliest streets in down town rome. This place is friendly, has beautiful, airy decor, making it very comfortable as brunch places go even when crowded. The food is tasty and delicious, and feels pretty healthy too. Nice, attentive, switched on staff. Will become a sunday favorite!

We used to be regular customers there, the restaurant has benn partially renovated during summer 2015, the result being tables are now all crowded in one area in the evening making the experience a less relaxing one. We also do believe the chef is no longer the same as the food quality has changed dramatically. On top of that while... More

We were here for breakfast. The staff could not speak English, asked us three times for our order, and still we only got 2 of the 4 dishes we ordered, where one of them was the wrong one! The fruit was rotten and the quiche was not very nice. The service was really bad as well. I would not reccomend... More

The plates were a bit small but every bite was truly sensational. Our seating area was too brightly lit and lacking in ambience but the seating upstairs looks nice and cozy. The service was attentive and friendly. I'd suggest ordering 3 to 4 plates to share (around €11 to 16 a plate).

More

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
