Great ice cream!

Saw someone coming out with huge cone piled with ice-cream, too tempted to keep walking past. Large choice, everything labelled in Italian and English. Tourist prices but worth it!

A wide variety of flavors. There are lots of branches all over Rome. Each branch has other flavors I would recommend to go every time to another branch to experience flavors. Best taste according to my opinion is kinder and Irish Cream.

The walking around in Rome made us hungry each day and a brilliant way to cool down is to have, Gelato of course. We stopped by this little place Blue Ice. Great service, friendly and most of all amazing gelato. Thank you for a great experience. Cheers.

We stumbled upon this gelato shop by accident and we're so glad we did. We ate gelato in 4 cities during our visit to Italy and this was one of our favorites.

We went here every nite in Rome, you can get a small tub for €2.50 many flavours to choose from. I can recommend the Nutella, Banana, Cotton Candy, Tiramisu and My favourite Mojito Sorbet - yum yum missing it already

They are every where and you can rely on their good quality. Loved the generous size of their gelato.

If it"s hot in Rome when you visit (and chances are it will be), these stores have the best Caffe Granitas you will ever have. My wife and I were walking past the one in the Cornelia area and stopped in to get one. Oh my god, heaven in a cup. We had them from other places, but none compared... More

My first experience of Blue Ice Gelato was in November 2012 – Near Fontain Di Trevi, absolutely incontestable that was at that moment. I enjoyed it so much that I always go back to the blue ice chain every year when I visit Rome. My favourite flavours are hazelnut (nocciola), mint chocolate, straciatella, coconut. Only since my recent visits to... More

What a selection of dark chocolate flavours: Ginger, chili, orange, Nutella and then some other interesting combos as well!

Neighborhood Profile
Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
