We have visited this restaurant twice so far this trip, this is our 3rd visit to Rome but the first time we have noticed this restaurant. We ate here for lunch and supper. Same waiters both times, a very friendly place and both waiters had good English, one of them had worked in the UK. Food was fabulous, I love... More

We first thought this was a wine bar but when we went in we found it had a good menu to go with the wine. We chose the chef's selection which gave a selection of the house specialties and also ordered a plate of parma ham, which was excellent. We asked the waiter to recommend some local wines and he... We were a bit cold and found a table inside, at this very cozy looking small cantina. Everything seemed fine until this one annoying man started to practice his poor piano skills, and another cigar smoking guy strolling around, not looking too friendly. We had aalready ordered but were seriously thinking of trying another restaurant, mostly because of the noise.... More

I was introduced to this place thanks to a friend who lives literally next door. Located along a narrow street just a stone's throw away from Piazza Navona and lined with quaint shops and a cute piazza with a fountain up front, I had the opportunity to witness how the Romans wine and dine. I spent a couple of late... More

We found the Via dei Coronari and thought it was a lovely road to stroll down - lots of antique shops and a bit quieter than some of the more tourist-heavy areas nearby. We ate lunch here on the last day of our trip rather than somewhere busier and louder on Piazza Navona. We both had a pasta course to... More

On the way walking from Vatican to Pantheon we step in this place to have a quick lunch. It looks so nice and comfortable (nice seat and tables, good music in back ground). Well the food was not at same level. If, may be my choice of a pasta with seafood is not appropriatte since is not Roman's tradition (but... More

Looking for quick eats not too far from Piazza Navona, we found this place on the corner of Piazzetta di San Simeone with a view of a nice fountain at its center. Although this is primarily a wine bar, it also serves nice pizzas. There's free Wifi.

As my wife and Ihave been staying just down the street for the last three days, this has been our local wine bar. This is not a true restaurant, but a great place to have a drink, and eat as well if you want,in a relaxed and refreshing atmosphere. After a week travelling and eating out in Italy we just wanted something simple and relaxed... On a quiet street, maybe there was a language issue but the waitress brought appetizers and main course at the same time. We had ordered pasta as main course. Food was good but carbonara was a bit heavy. 5 Euros for a soft drink seemed excessive.
