We enjoyed the culinary selection here. The menu includes English below the italian. There is a nice selection of regional dishes, appetizers, primi, secondi, and side dishes, as well as deserts (which we did not try). I got the green pasta with rabbit ragout sauce and my wife got a simple pasta with white sauce. I also had the veal... More

Both nights we went were enjoyable - although I highly recommend that even when one goes at the beginning of the evening call ahead for a reservation. The staff was excellent. The food was delicious. I enjoyed learning more about the food of the Lazio region. The first night I had the pasta with the octopus ragu - it was... More

The wine and the food from the Rome area is wonderful.Tonites dinning experience was rushed like mc Donald's .Four people had two bottles of wine and many courses and the waiter kept rushing us.I had to tell him rudely that this wasn't McDonalds and that I came here for Slow Food!WE spent plenty and were seated upstairs with a party... Very good value for money. Nice place in an excellent location. Dinner for two with bottle of wine, antipasti, pasta, desert and coffee about 70-80 Euro. Friendly service, very good food. Spaghetti with pecorino cheese and pepper and the other pasta with octopus - the best ever. Excellent wine selection.

FINALLY, a place on my list that lived up to the hype! Location: Centro Storico. The place: Very urban, very chill. I found it to be simplistic in terms of decor, which I liked very much. Like most places I've been to in Rome, it's not very big - and it has quite a reputation so you either want to... More

We hit the restaurant based on a Rick Steve's recommendation. Tasty and fresh, with a modern twist to Italian food. Al dente pasta made onsite, grilled trout, creamy mozzarella. Excellent wine list with many by the glass. Locals frequent the place.

We needed some wine after exploring Spanish steps. This place hit the spot. The restaurant only features food and wine from Lazio region. Ordered some charcuterie and asked for a savory white wine from the local area. We tried a grechetto grape...somewhat savory but not quite the super savory we prefer but it was pretty nice intro to lazio wines.... More

Went to this restaurant with high hopes after the Tripadvisor reviews. We didn't have a booking but they squeezed us in then forgot about us. Finally after about 20 minutes we were served. Average steak dish and pasta which just tasted like it had a strong cheese sauce on it. Had better meals at a cheaper price close by.

We arrived on Sat. nite without a reservation but were squeezed in. I tried to explain how I wanted a Savignon white and something like a Barolo wine and they tried to my disappointment. I finally asked what was good and the wine choices they made for me were fantastic. Their wines are all from Lazio province, or the Roma... More
