Quality food and wine

We had the apartment across the road and the owner told us this restaurant was a must. He also warned us that we would need to book. We could not get in on Sunday night but could book for Monday. It was worth the wait. We only had a main course and desert, not much by Italian standards but just... read more

It was perfectly delicious. From appetizars to wine to main dish. We love them all. People in the restaurant were so friendly and I should not forget to mention about tiramisu at the final. Must taste place in the middle of rome

Tucked away in Rome is a family restaurant and I love it. Bravissimo questa mervigliosa cucina. You must go and have a fast bite or leisurely chomp

Had a really nice meal on the Friday, and decided we would like to book for the Saturday also. We were told there would only be an external table available. When we arrived Sat eve, the staff had arranged for us to be inside, and were really friendly and attentive. We found the price reasonable for the quality of the... More

Was ok but small portions for a high price. Took a scampi salad but got a different dish than explained by waiter. Was a disappoinment.

Big GRAZIE to Claudia and family....saved our day....We thought we made a reservation, however I called the wrong number..Arrived overheated from a brisk walk, Claudia graciously gave us water....They were completely booked, Claudia asked us to wait a bit at a neighboring water hole and she would come and get us. WOW what a meal, everything was SUPERB....Having been in... More

We spent four days in Rome. By a long shot this was our best meal. The owner came out and helped us find an excellent Sauvignon and calamari and pasta that complimented it well. We watched as many without reservations were turned away for a Sunday lunch and knew we had made a smart choice in accepting our Hotel's recommendation... More

Had read great reviews, even in the guidebook we used. And the feeling is great inside, busy feeling. Food that is recommended is good and is delivered in no time. So you do not do anything wrong going here. We had a nice time, but left with a feeling that the most important thing is to get as many guests... More

Great local restaurant, slightly off the beaten track not far from the Colosseum. It's very popular, so definitely worth booking in advance. I was a bit annoyed at being charged €3 for bread that we didn't ask for and barely touched - most restaurants provide bread for free or at least ask first if they are going to charge -... More

Yes, no doubt many famous people were here but the owner is still receiving you personally and gets you a nice table and it is a family run business. If you think you are going to have lunch or dinner in a posh restaurant you will be disapointed. But the food was excellent and the service very friendly and outgoing.... More
