Great, Great, Great

Make your reservation NOW! This Taverna is a gem. All tremendous service, food, wine! But the three dolce we had were the best ever. Do yourself a favor, get here. We are well travelled and consider it one of our best dining experiences ever!

Saved this well reviewed restaurant until our last night and wished we hadn't. Service was unatentive food was ok at best when mentioned our thoughts to the owner he was more interested in us ordering a dessert than listening to our constructive feedback about the raw veal.we paid a lot less in other restaurants and enjoyed more.

I ensured my place by booking. I turned up 20 minutes after it opened on Monday evening to make my booking and they were already turning people away or asking them to come back. When I did have my meal on the Thursday evening, again people were queuing to get a table. Service fast and friendly. Staff full of knowledge... More

We ate here on our first night in Rome. It was gorgeous, lovely pizzas & pastas. House wine was very good & the bill was really reasonable. Staff friendly and accommodating as we were 8 people eating. Would recommend it and definitely would go back

Fabulous food. We ate there twice in a six-day trip and every dish was memorable. The Papperadelle Carbonara was to die for. The place was full both nights (reservations are a must) but the service never suffered.

Lucky to get in but we made an advanced reservation. Claudia, part of the family, helped us pick our courses. This is definitely not tourist fare--this is great Roma specialties. We had a fried artichoke appetizer--delicious and memorable. My husband had truffles and fettucine and I had a carbonara with peas. We were so tired of tomato sauce and smothered... More

If you fancy some delicious roman cuisine revisited in a modern key, go to this very nice and well hidden place, and you will certainly be go back again and again. The atmosphere of this busy restaurant, hidden half-way up a small alley and located at the ground floor of an old building, restored with great taste to show the... More

Traditional Italian restaurant. Highly recommend it. The service and atmosphere were excellent. Warm welcome. House wine was delicious and only €10. The pasta we both ate was tasty and the whole meal was very reasonably priced.

We decided to visit this resturaunt as it was very near to our accomodation and we were tempted by the great reviews. Unfortunately, we arrived without a booking only to be told they were fully booked. Having seen how busy the resturaunt was, we promptly made a reservation for the following evening and it was well worth the wait! The... More

After a long day around the forum area, we sat down to eat here. The meal was excellent, as was the wine. Service was great and we had 3 courses each, complete with 4 glasses of wine each for a total of 80 euros. Well recommended.!
