Simple , traditional with outstanding food ! A must visit

We had to move our time back from 8.30 to 9.30 because we were running late .. staff were very accommodating . We had a little wait to be seated . This place is simply in it's design and layout I was not expecting the food to be outstanding however , I chose the 'sweat and sour' pasta - I... read more

We rocked up at about 2130 and had to wait outside for about 20 minutes to get in. Didn't mind too much, but a bit inconvenient there is no bar to sit at or anything. The staff were really friendly and nice. Our food came extremely quickly and the starters (Bruschetta and Liver Pate) were delicious, the mains were mixed,... More

We really enjoyed our meal here. Delicious pasta and main course. Didn't have room for pudding! Good, friendly service. Book in advance as there were people queuing at the door for a table.

The prices are pretty too high, food is just ok, interior also nothing special. It was recommended as a special place, however did not provide it.

The welcoming atmosphere and terrific service at this well known Roman restaurant are unfortunately not enough to counterbalance the main event...the food. Over sauced pasta dishes, heavily salted, are followed by second meat courses which were almost inedible. Since one hears mostly English, a smattering of German and almost no Italian from the customers perhaps the owners feel they need... More

Pasta dishes were great! It is a normal 1 cup serving of pasta, Americans don't expect that (we are used to supersize)! Tasty sauces! We had a cheese plate appetizer that was great and the house white wine was divine! Dessert was a white chocolate soufflé that was wonderful! Prices were pretty good, two people with pasta, appetizer, dessert, and... More

We ate dinner at this restaurant while on holiday last week. The pasta dishes were really good although for the price they were not really big. Each pasta dish is between €12-14. However they had a great selection of pasta dishes, some really creative. The pasta I chose was made with hazelnuts and hubby's with truffles. Then came the dessert...... More

Ended up in this place by chance as it was near our hotel and it was a rainy day so didnt wnat to go far away for food. What a good place! Food was delicious and even if we paid more than an average bill in Rome (it's true that we also ordered 3 beers...) it was def. worth it... More
