Me and my husband were in Rome twice and every time we went back to this restaurant at least twice during the trip. It has never-ending menu of Pasta, so many types of pasta, we wanted to try out everything :)

This restaurant was a fabulous experience as far as food is concerned, but the service was absolutely horrid. We were on our way to the Trevi Fountain (not knowing that it was under renovation) and decided to lunch before getting there. Seeing people sipping and eating made us hungrier so we checked Trip Advisor for the nearest non-touristy restaurant and... More

Looking for a decent lunch, off the beaten track, we came across this place. The menu did not have pictures on it, so we were excited that it was not a "tourist" menu. The food was tasteless and the service was horrible. My husband ordered a glass of chianti and the server opened a bottle of chianti and placed it... More

After a long evening in Rome, we wandered into L'Archetto without reservations and were quickly seated. The place has great ambiance--not the typical tourist trap, the outdoor seating is in an alley and the inside is warm and cozy. The server seemed to have great rapport with the tables around us, and we quickly learned why. He was fast, witty,... More

This restaurant offers so many types of sauces for spaghetti that you are sure to find one you will enjoy. The location is not far from Trevi Fountain down a cute street. Only downfall to sitting outside is the close proximity of the chairs/tables to the cars passing by. Would definitely go again though!

This is a simple, yet stylish, restaurant that is focused on freshly made spaghetti. The menu is daunting with dozens, if not a hundred, variations of pasta on offer. But I tell you haven't really come to Rome until you have tried spaghetti in a restaurant like this, especially in a city with tourist trap restaurants everywhere you look. I... More

a few steps from Fontana di Trevi - a few steps from Piazza Venezia... in a small street you will find outside seating in summer (and a large downstairs dining area in winter). The pasta was impeccable. Downside was - in June (hence tourist season) no large bottles of mineral water was available and the Barbera we ordered was changed... More

This place is great if you're exhausted and just want to sit for a while and chill while the scooters and tourists stroll by. It's also a little cheaper than other places. I had the spaghetti bolognese which was pretty good - the tiramisu wasn't, which was disappointing because it's my favourite dessert and I like to try it at... More

Amazing pasta. Not a big place, worth finding. Get the pasta not the pizza. The waiter told us the pizza is on the menu just for kids and recommended we get the spaghetti. It was fantastic.

Great place for spaghetti as they offer an almost limitless options including a vodka and beer inspired ones. Although it charges a 15% service fee it only means a few euros and it's already the cheapest pizza/pasta place in the trevi fountain

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
