Fantastic choice

Really enjoy coming to this place when I visit Rome. It's a short walk from Trevi Fountain and is tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Close to Via Del Corso, yet off the beaten path, L'Archetto has remained one of my favorite places to eat in the center of Rome.

I love everything about L'archetto...our cozy table in the downstairs nook, the table wine that is less expensive than water, the pictures on the wall...and that's all before looking at the menu. The amount of choices you get is unbelievable. You have to go with a bunch of people and then try everyone's pasta. Right by the Trevi Fountain, you... More

just a few meters from via de corso in a very quiet ally - nice Pizza and Pasta for a lunch in the middle of your shopping day.

My partner and I decided to try this place after hearing amazing reviews of the food from friends. We were not disappointed. We ordered the recommendation of the waiter and were amazed. Both the pastas that we ordered were incredibly delicious. Well worth trying!

L'Archetto is an inexpensive restaurant specializing mostly in spaghetti and pizza. Their menu boasts many pages of pasta dishes, probably around 50 types. The downside of having so many options is that the quality severely suffers. We ordered the spaghetti bolognese and a spaghetti dish with mushrooms and cheese and were disappointed in both. Both dishes were dry and flavorless...... More

Atmosphere; quick service; good food & good price. Eat outside rather as downstairs is very stuffy. Close to the sights.

This was a great first meal in italy! I experienced my first carbonara, and they made bruschetta that seriously satisfied our starving tourist stomachs! It was so fun to be seated out in the street, the servers quickly created a table for us to sit at, and we had quick service! delicious, inexpensive house wines, and a great environment...

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
