Best carpaccio in Rome

We visited this restaurant which was just at the end of the street from where we were staying. I had carpaccio which was delicious and hubby had pasta which was nice. He then had fish which was lovely. Waitress lacked personality and service but food was good. Biscotti was nice with coffee.

We stopped by several times because the food, wine and service was excellent! It is just off Nazionale, near Trojans Museum. You can dine outside under the umbrella or inside with delightful decor. They allowed us to feel welcome and encouraged us to return soon.

We ate here several times during our week in Rome and the food was always plentiful and excellent, particularly anything to do with seafood. We tried other nearby restaurants but always kept coming back.

We stopped here for dinner staying in the Hotel Picasso. This lasagne was the best I've ever had creamy tomato deliciousness. I read another review said it was horrible. I don't understand that comment at all. We had a great experience. Wait staff more interested In the football game on tv but still got decent service.

I had this on my TripAdvisor list and it was recomended to us by the hotel as well. We made reservations which was a good idea - it wasn't overly packed but we wanted to sit outside since the weather was so nice. The saltimbocca was melt in your mouth and the pasta with cheese and pepper was to die... More

Came here on a rainy night looking for somewhere to get out of the rain - very lucky to have walked into this restaurant - delicious food and extremely reasonably priced - good service - girlfriend was so impressed we can again on our last night in Rome.

We found this taverna by chance. They had some tables and chairs outside, some guests were sitting there and it looked very appealing. Eventually we had spaghetti carbonara, spaghetti vongole and artichoke alla romana. The food was excellent, atmosphere was nice, prices reasonable. I definitely would go back.

The reviews of this restaurant are spot on! A totally real authentic Italian offering and large menu that will leave you very satisfied. I had both vegetarians and meat lovers in our group and everyone left fulfilled. A very easy location to find in the historic district of Rome. Right off of Via Nazionale.

Quick, honest, and good food. Only the house wine might have been q bit better. Efficient service but lacked a bit of warmth and hospitality

We visited here twice. On our first visit we had the lasagne and tiramisu which was very good. On our second visit I had Bucatini All' amatriciana, the size of serving was enormous. I much preferred the Lasagne that I'd had the night before. We enjoyed the tiramisu again. The staff were not friendly towards us, but they did give... More
