Food as food should taste in Rome! Amazing tastes, super fresh sea food, service super friendly, and a great and easy location. The inside decor is simple, I suggest sitting outside!

We came across this restaurant by chance and were so glad we did. The service was excellent, attentive without being overbearing. I love seafood and the food was superb, wonderful selection and excellently presented. The menu suggests wines to accompany the dishes but waiter was helpful in assisting us with alternative choices. I also enjoyed the baba with limoncello. Would... More

I admit that this is an excellent seafood restaurant. Food is fine and interior is nicely decorated. However, the main waiter's discriminative treatment spoiled our dinner enjoyment. He never served us wine and water after the first time while he was always paying attention to his Italian guests and was friendly serving them. I thought this was another case occasionally... More

The first thing La Rosetta's people will show you, just upon getting in, is the catch of the day. There are so many products and so fresh that you may think you are to have a meal by the seaside! Taken to your table you start to enjoy an extremelly helpful, attentive and smilig service - although never intrusive -... More

Do not miss this restaurant if you care for seafood and top service. You need to book ahead. For Staters you can choose a raw or cooked variety of dishes. After having done that - sit back and enjoy! It is a truly adventure.

Ever heard of fleur de sel? They seasoned the salad with this salt. I've never tasted anything like it. The lobster was served with lime and butter, the wine was an Italian Chardonnay. It was the best meal we had in Rome.

Friendly staff but the food was absolutely not up to scratch. Uncrisped fish skin, mashed potato put into a broth so that it just disappeared, unseasoned fish, apparent sea bass that was nearly three inches thick per fillet, (really sea bass??) and hugely overlooked lobster that was really hard to swallow. They clearly have a rule of clearing plates away... More

We hosted a party of five here in early April of this year. The food was outstanding--very fresh seafood, wonderfully prepared. Excellent service and an excellent wine list. Very, very pricey.

Food Fresh seafood, cooked well. The flavours went well together and had depth. I had Lobster spaghetti, although I think you can get the same for cheaper in Rome it was still very good nonetheless. Given the location the value was ok. My partner had the grouper, the dish had excellent complimenting flavours and the food was cooked well. The... More

Customer service here is good the food though - not so good. Overpriced food and very low quality. We had overcooked risotto and fish. Wonder if local people would eat here…
