One of the best meals we ate in Rome

My husband isn't keen on fish, so this was always going to be a bit of a challenge, however he really enjoyed the tuna tartare, and loved his lobster pasta dish. I ate sea bass from the raw menu, served with artichoke and lemon, followed about an amazingly tasty and satisfying prawn, cheese pasta... read more

Despite being only yards from the jaws of the Pantheon and the tourist hordes, this place feels like the real Rome. If you like seafood (if you don't, don't bother with this place) then this is the King of them all. We had taster menu which was superb with all kinds of fish and shellfish presented in an delightful way.... More

My wife and I along with two friends had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner at La Rosetta. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent.

We read about this place as 'no just ordinary tourist place' even though is near the Pantheon. What can I say besides - go and try it. Oysters are delicious (I still like the cheapest ones the most). We didn't want to eat big because we had our Christmas eve dinner already arranged so we stopped only for a bit.... More

A fantastic choice of crudo , to start , accompanied by excellent Sicilian wine , an Etna rosso which we have come to really enjoy . Then, After the crudo we had another assortment of warm seafood antipasti that were exceptional too . Especially the grilled octopus with avocado , followed by a beautiful pasta cooked to perfection with scallops... More

This is our third time to La Rosseta and always the food is wonderful. We only wanted a very light lunch and we both ordered the artichoke as a starter. My husband ordered the clams, with spagetti and I ordered the sea bass cooked with salt. Our waiter tried very hard to convince us that it was not enough and... More

In Rome, desperate for fish but it's a Monday? Worry no more. Point your nose to La Rosetta near Pantheon and Piazza Navona, and follow it. I didn't quite believe the locals that recommended it but was served freshest catch, oysters, raw shrimp, shellfish and sashimi-style fish fillets as appetizer course. Followed it with a seabass oven-baked in salt. Allowed... More

We went today at the restaurant and we don't have anything to complain: food perfect, oyster perfect, pasta & seafood perfect, not to mention the desert. Just be aware that the place is a little bit more expensive that the regular places, but for us the value for money worth it
