The best pizzas in town! very good, very typical restaurant. The service was normal (just waited 10 min and the employees were helpful), 3 pages of pizzas to choose from and very good wine. My favorite place, for sure!

I come here for almost 3 years now. The pizza is very good (not to be compared with Naples' pizza, obviously), the prizes are perfectly fine, and the staff is (even though usually veery busy) always up for a laugh and a good atmosphere. Try not to eat during rush hour (tourist rush hour, mind you, from 7-8ish) but rather... More

Amazing pizze, carciofi alla judia (deep fried artichokes). Chaotic yet efficient service. Very very nice!

Went to this place on a recommendation, and we were pleasantly surprised. Ordered a margherita that was great -- sauce and cheese really flavorful, and that Roman cracker-y and light crust. The pastas were really great as well -- i had the bucatini amatriciana and really enjoyed it, especially compared to one or two other Trastevere restaurants we checked out.... More

This is a well known pizzeria, which has the advantage of opening earlier than most places and having waiters who speak English. Unfortunately, the bruschetta I ordered was terrible - not fresh food, cold, ordinary bread that didn't even have olive oil or salt. There is no excuse for this since they have a wood oven and the ingredients are... More

This is a very good pizzeria. I have visited several times for dinner and every time the pizza capricciosa (with everything and an egg) was perfect! All other pizzas tasted were great, so I recommend a visit to this pizzeria fot the authentic roman pizza (thin and crispy, with generous toppings).

The place itself is not great, but it is messy, friendly and loud as you wish an Italian pizzeria to be. The pizza is good, not amazing. The deep fried starters are delicious. The service is incredible Italian, makes customers happy.

This busy pizzeria near Santa Maria in Trastevere serves thin and crisp Roman pizzas as well as pasta and grilled meat dishes, all at affordable prices and very, very good. If you want memorable and affordable meal this is the place to come.

10 ago some Italian friends visited Rome and Ivo restaurant. This December it was our turn. Do not expect a fancy establishment. It has a lot of people because the food is great and the service reflects the attitude of the restaurant, simple and kind. It is not expensive. Try true pizza Romana! Enjoy the great Tiramisu.

I first ate here in 1988 and have been recommending it to family and friends ever since. Consistent quality, great service, fantastic situation and real value for money make Ivo the best place in Rome for pizza.
