It is busy, and for a reason! But if you come in a day outside the busiest hours, you can enjoy watching the locals and the tourists while eating the fastest and certainly delicious roman pizzas, antipastos and deserts. Will have to revisit - my mouth is watering as I write.

The food was very good, service was a bit disappointing but they were very busy when we went. Perhaps best going for dinner. Nice atmosphere.

We had decent, satisfactory pizza and salads ... we had no particular complaints nor anything to write home about. Service was reasonably efficient and not unfriendly -- just more focused on getting the job done than being gracious.

Its the best pizza we had not just in rome but the best over our 2 week trip in Italy. Its also a great neighbor to stroll, especially along the river. And the service was attentive as well. No reservation necessary.

The variety and quality of pizza in Rome is one of the attractions for us in this amazing city. On our 9th trip to the Eternal City we found an exceptional pizzeria just blocks from where we were staying--Ivo in Trastevere. Over the course of a month in Rome, we ate at Ivo 4 times and were never disappointed. The... More

This used to be our favourite place in Trasteverre for pizza. Won't be back. Inattentive and un friendly service. Pizza was a millimetre thick (we like "thin crust" but this crust was barely there). Greasy. Avoid the stuffed olives (deep fried with too much batter and stuffed with tuna salad mush). A disappointing first dinner in Rome.

The place was full and we have to wait 30 minutes before we can have a seat. It's 9:30 in the evening and we were famished. Less than 30 minutes, we were escorted to our table. The staff were so accommodating and try to work their way to fasten the service. We were 4 and ordered (5) cheese pizza, margherita... More

We waited pretty long to place our order, and things went downhill. Saltimbocca arrived in a reasonable time, and it was lukewarm and over-oily and I was finished long before the pizza arrived. The pizza was disappointing, especially after reading some good reviews. We could not get a waiter's attention after we had placed the initial order. The peppers that... More

Ok, so I get that this place is not as expensive as other places, bit it's certainly not super cheap. Pizza, small side salad, and water still cost 16 Euros... Based on a recommendation and other reviews I was more than happy to put up with some bad service for a good authentic pizza. But I should say, the service... More

Great pizza! We tried about 8 different ones and all where fantastic. Such a lively place for lunch. Love seeing the watiers run around. Interesting to stand in queue for the toilet when the waiters run past you with food etc..
