Trastevere in Rome is a place full of lithe restaurants, so some time is difficult to know which one is the good one, they all look so wonderful and alive, but Alle Fratta di Trastevere definitively has to be the one, you should choose. The octopus salad is delicious, the pasta, we did n't try the pizza but i can... More

Trastavere is a beautiful part of Rome full of narrow streets and this restaurant is incredible! We ordered some pasta, caprese and desert and all of them were absolutely delicious. We spoke even with an owner of the restaurant and he was super funny and kind. The prices are also great. You cannot miss this place!

Nice restaurant, nice to sit outside, good atmosphere, friendly staff although quite slow, reasonable prices, good food. we liked the fresh salads but the carbonara was nothing special andtasted good but a bit boring. But in reality nothing to complain about.

My husband and I just returned from an 18 day trip to Italy. Our first stay was in Rome in Trastevere, Our hotel recommended this little gem and we were not disappointed. We were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Our waiter, Peppe, could not have been more friendly and/or efficient. He was sincere and attended to all our needs with friendliness.... More

My girlfriend and i ate Dinner at this nice restaurant in the Trastevere-area. We had pasta (Spaghetti cacio e pepe and Carbonara), and some of the excellent house Rosé. The food was simple and good, but the carbonara-sauce had a bit to much, so it wasn't as creamy. The Cacio e pepe was a nice simple dish, but we found... More

We realised when we entered the rear restaurant that we had visited this establishment on a previous visit to Rome. We had a good meal on our first visit but could not remember the name of this great restaurant. Anyway by good fortune when strolling around Trastevere we made the right choice for lunch. Very good simple Italian food well... More

Cozy restaurant with a great atmosphere. Had heard it was the best restaurant in Rome and was not disappointed. The proprieter was an elderly, very spirited and happy man, whom we all shooked hands with at our departure. Our waiter was firm but understanding, since we had to split our check in 3. The food was GREAT, easily the best... More

Great service and great value. Went there for lunch and came back for dinner a day later. The food is simple but good. We had the pizza, various bruschettas, rocket salads, carbonara and the mixed grill. The mixed grill was probably the weakest of the items we ate. But the carbonara was the best. We tried carbonara at 4 different... More

I had the spaghetti allo scoglio, spaghetti with seafood, made by the owners wife who is from Naples. It was wonderful. I wanted to come back and to try something else but there are SO MANY good restaurants in Rome, that I couldn't make it :-).
