We really enjoyed this restaurant! The food and the wine was just delicious and as not many tourists were in the Restaurant we almost thought we were the only visitors in Rome. The interior is simple and neat which I liked a lot. Worth a visit!

This is a good place to eat and drink. The food and wine offered was definitely above the quality of what you can expect in such a popular area of the city. I will definitely eat there again.

Excellent Roman food in one of the nicest districts of Rome. A lovely place to eat after strolling around the Campo di Fiori. Good food and good choice of wines. Our visit actually goes back several years, but we'll be back very soon, and Roman friends assure us it is as good as ever.

I've been in Rome for a week as a solo business traveler. I had mostly excellent food with one crappy overpriced exception. Il grappolo d'oro was recommended by the old ladies manning the small old bar around the corner. Always a good place to start. And they were right. Great food. Decent price. Service with a smile and stylish yet... More

This restaurant came highly recommended by our B & B and I can understand why. The service was impeccable and the waiting staff were friendly and helpful. This was a Monday night and the place was packed. The food was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. I ordered beef cheeks for my second course, saying that I had never tasted... More

We dined here many years ago and enjoyed it so our return was pleasant though not totally surprising. Order the MENU and take the pasta carbonara if you can. One of the best I've had recently and everything else is pretty good too. Excellent value as well.

we enjoyed our meal so much we came again in the next evening! don't miss the antipasti misto - the large version of it and even more - octopus with artichoke, the aubergine with meat and meatballs... we will come back, also for the very friendly, yet professional service. this is a place where the workers love and care about... Excellent food, reasonable prices, charming service, good wine selection -- what else do you want? I had the menu degustazione Percorso Romano for 28 €. The antipasto misto included traditional flavors in a modern presentation of three items. The pasta course was simple and tasty. The braised beef cheek (guancia brasata) was rich and tender. I had a half-bottle of... More

We returned to Grappolo d'oro Zampano near the Campo del Fiori area recently and we were not disappointed. We brought along a couple of friends from France and we were hoping they'd like it as much as we do. We needn't have worried, they loved it. The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. The food was good, particularly the... More
