An old-fashioned family-style trattoria amidst the tacky tourist pizza joints. No frills, home-style cooking, welcoming service. Patronized by both tourists and locals including big family groups and couples on dates. Food was so good (vegetable soup, osso bucco) I went back a second time. more

This was recommended to us by two nice old gents we bumped into in the street and without their steer we probably would have walked straight past.
