I have dragged my friends to Rome from England just for the Pizza at Baffetto's. Not good for the carbon footprint but cheap enough on Ryanair! Don't expect the Ritz but the pizza is excellent and the 'Don' is a legend. The pizza is thin, burnt on the edges and absolutely wonderful. One of my favourite places in the world. more

Reputed among the best in Rome, a long queue has been part of the experience for a long time. This time service has been as careless and hurried as the pizza itself - burnt all around and on top. Either bad luck, or group thinking in the queue. more
