We booked here based on Tripadvisor reviews here and were not disappointed. We had the tasting menu and had some of the best food I've ever eaten. The waiters recommended some unusual but excellent wines to complement the food and were attentive, yet not too prominent. Take a little walk out of the restaurant to Garibaldi's statue and take in... More

While hunting for a piazza I remembered from a previous trip it started raining so we stepped inside delightful gourmet restaurant. The absolute best service & food in our entire 3 week trip in Italy.

Very welcoming staff - exceptional service, décor and delicious food. Old classics with a modern twist. Chef sends out a tasting of your parties meal to other diners - great concept! Highlights was the Ricotta Truffle starter - egg was perfectly cooked. Pigeon crusted with pistachio was delectable. Main course Duck with a berry chutney was probably the best duck... More

We loved the delicious taster meal, every course was a delight. Highlights were mozarella mousse and amber jack with Ginger and lime. Service excellent, appreciated the recommendations from the waiter in which wines to have with each course. Perfect! Recommend highly.

Based on a recommendation, we made reservations for our anniversary dinner here. Lovely, small restaurant. Very nicely decorated - not your average small trattoria. Started off with a bottle of wine - they have a large wine list. Then the Poached egg, ricotta cheese. asparagus and black truffle appetizer. I had the Spaghetti carbonara with black truffles, and my wife... More

My husband and I had a memorable meal here 2 nights ago during our stay in Rome. This is our third time in Rome in 2 years and this is one of the best meals we have had in the city. Antico Arco is modern and welcoming with a contemporary take on traditional food. Service was excellent, friendly and attentive.... More

It is well worth the taxi ride to this small Gianicolo based ristorante, where the friendly staff ushered us to our table for 2 in the intimate white-washed modern interior. The dinner choices are tantalizing - ranging from a more traditional Carbonara al tartufo nero (black truffle) to a beautifully presented Filetto di vitello glassato al miele (honey glaze) and...
