Visited for aperitivo with some friends. Horrendous service, drinks took 20 minutes to arrive at which point we had finished our food. Considering this is a 'wine bar' the majority of popular wines were out of stock, and the staff were not helpful at all. It took four members of staff to take our orders before we gave up and... Decent Italian food and good service. Not cheap at 70 Euros for 2 including drinks (but Rome is not a cheap place to eat anyway) but pleasant outside tables and helpful staff. Great carbonara and Tiramisu. If you are walking by, a good stop for lunch.

During a recent trip to Rome, I was reading some of the little travel pamphlets in our hotel lobby, one mention a "local favorite, Gusto," so of course we had to try it. The first lunch we dined outside and it was fabulous, zucchini blossoms, burrata cheese, delicious wine. So good in fact we returned two days later, we hadn't... More

A nice place for a two course dinner. Great wine selection. The Tuscan beef is excellent and the carbonara is perfect. Dinner was so good that we came back another day for brunch. One of us purchased the brunch bar, the other ordered a pizza. We shared. Both were 4 star.

Our family of 6 had dinner at Gusto Ristorante while in Rome. the food quality was very good with pricing a little on the high side. Many Rome restaurants charge for bread, usually at the rate of Euro 2.00 for 4 people. At Gusto be prepared to be assessed Euro 2.00 per person for bread - in our case Euro... More

In the corner of the main street, this restaurant does extremely good food, service was outstanding and the location is quite enough away yet pretty much right next to the main streets!

We did not take the lunch buffet but went for al la carte as they recommended for more transitional dining. The food was quite food but annoyed by the final bills: five euro per glass of juice, 6 euro hidden charge for a basket of bread, "compulsory" service charge (~15%). Service was as poor as it was written in other... More

This was one of the tastiest and by far the tastiest meal in Rome. Yummy bread. The best margherita pizza baked in a square tin I have ever tasted and the chicken salad was delicious. We also had prosecco-really good value for money. Highly recommend.

The food is really great and very tasty. The pasta frutti di mare was perfect. The choice in wines is good at reasonable prices. However the staff is flying around like turbojets. Never seen waiters at that speed. You have the feeling you have to eat very fast and be out for the next customer. Not cheap.

My husband is a Roman afficionado, so this restaurant which overlooks Augustus' Mausoleum, is perfectly placed for a great family meal. We arrived before 6pm so were given a limited menu but there were plenty of tempting options on it. The kids had a great tasting margherita with ham, and we ordered the Cappriciosa pizza - which came out in... More
