Stopped in for lunch while wandering the streets of Rome. Had the Strozzaprati, which was one of the top 3 pasta dishes I had in Rome, if not the best. Not overly complicated - just pasta, red sauce, a little crispy bacon, and some tomatoes. Also had cabbage rolls, which were good. Tiramiso for desert was delicious - served in... More

It was fantastic, what an evening, stayed 3.5 hours, service was slow, but didn't matter, no rush, food was sublime, run by a young couple, and Sofia is their little dog who stays in the restaurant behind the bar, or sitting on one of the chairs of the front table when it's free, watching her masters at work. Great wine... More

Incredible food, and a great place to escape the typucal tourist traps while still enjoying excellent italian cuisine. The service is super friendly and very attentive. Definitely a highlight of the trip, great outdoor seating as well.

This restaurant is next to our hotel Trevi collection. We sat outside and enjoyed the street view. We had steak and Cod fish. Perfectly done. We also met Sofia. She is really cute.

We happened upon Sofia one evening when we were out "restaurant shopping" and decided to give it a try. It was an absolutely delightful experience. While the menu isn't extensive, the dishes we tried were superb! The decor is elegantly simple; there is a good wine selection; and the owners/host and hostess are very gracious and accommodating - also speak... More

The food is tasty and the staff are very friendly. We had to leave early to go on a tour and they cooked fresh meals for us when we returned at no extra cost.

What a find..... Just a few streets away from our hotel ( hotel eden). We walked past it most evenings and saw it was popular so tried it, so pleased we did. The food was divine and worthy of an AA rosette ( to help uk travellers). Small menu to encourage quality not quantity accompanied by local wines. Tiramisu was... More

Even if we have only one night in Rome we come here, why because it remains a breathe of fresh air and serenity amid the hustle and bustle of Rome, tucked away in a side street not so far away from Via Frattini. This time we were there with a Danish family, that not only appreciated the homely ambiance and... More

I can't remember anything about the meal I had, only that the focaccia was absolutely amazing. I love bread and most restaurants in Rome have terrible packaged buns and bread sticks, but this focaccia was amazinggg. Service was very good, food was delicious, highly recommend it.
