We are currently in Rome on our honeymoon and needed somewhere romantic for our Anniversary meal. We sat at 8pm and the atmosphere was perfect. We ordered our food and wine and was allowed to sit outside for our dessert as it was quite a hot evening. Everything we had was great, duck starter, tuscany beef (cooked to order) and... More

Lovely staff, but sadly the food was average. My main was perfectly serviceable but avoid dessert at all cost. This place was right next to my hotel and it was my last night in Rome after days of walking, so I wanted somewhere I could just roll into. Should have walked further.

We liked the service there, nice smiling waitress speaks English well. My wife had ravioli with mushrooms, which was really delicious . I had pasta with white fish, which was not so tasty. There was a quite romantic atmosphere. Good for couples.

My husband and I stayed in the nearby ‘re di Roma’ hotel and stumbled across this place by accident on our week’s holiday to Rome. We loved it so much, we went there twice! The lady who owns the business is really friendly and very attentive and the food is superb. It’s all homemade and the lady is more than... More

After wandering a few blocks around from our apartment, this was an obvious choice! Attractive, full of diners, and welcoming staff and owner. We enjoyed an outside table, and had the most impressive meal yet in Rome. Some of the best on the menu is made in house, and the desserts are to die for. We particularly appreciated having that... I tend to only review the best and worse places I go to and this definitely is the best place we ate at in Rome. I was a bit sceptical at first as the area doesn't look the part, but it was our first night in Rome and it was near our hotel (Cinemusic), probably a 20 minute leisurely stroll.... More

Had dinner here last night, I had the spaghetti and my wife had the meatballs both meals were delicious, the beer was also very nice and local, the basket of bread was a pleasant surprise, but the highlight was the strawberry, cream and chocolate dessert - wow amazing, the whole restaurant ambience was classy, relaxed and soft jazz music and... We came to this delightful bistro after reading trip advisor reviews for restaurants in this area (very close to our hotel). Fabulous meal, delightful service, eclectic menu, breads and deserts made in house, delicious wines suggested, tasted and drunk! Knowledgable and attentive staff/owners. Charming, we would certainly recommend this little treasure!

We stumbled onto this restaurant and were thrilled with every single detail. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate. The waitress was warm, friendly and very skilled. But it was the wine and food that took the experience over the top. Everything that we ordered was special, from the rice salad to the pasta to the salmon to the salad to... More

Small restaurant in San Giovanni neighborhood (at walking distance from Re Di Roma metro station), the place is finely decorated and you can enjoy a discrete background jazz music, high quality fresh food prepared on place (the kitchen is open to check ;-) with homemade pasta and both fish and meat dishes, together with a rich choice of wines, the...
