Booked this restaurant for our wedding anniversary and we weren't disappointed, during a 4 night stay we visited it twice. The service and food were unbelievable. We were seated outside on both occasions, it was down a small side street at the bottom of some steps that led up to the area near the colosseum, so it was nice and... More

We booked to eat at Cuoco & Camicia for our third wedding anniversary and we were blown away by the quality of the food and the great service. Booking was easy enough and they confirmed our booking straight away. Food is really well priced for the quality and they have a great wine list. The whole bill was less than... More

This little gem was amazing! Came here for my dads 60th birthday dinner while on holiday in rome! Phenomenal food! Everyone was so impressed with their meals. The steak was delicious as was the pork! The home made pasta puts all others to shame. We were also spoilt by the chef with complimentary tuna tataire and a Devine chocolate mouse... More

We have just moved to Rome and Cuoco e Camicia is right near us, so with a degree of skepticism we went for dinner last night. It was terrific, living up to the other glowing reviews on Trip Advisor. The polpo (octopus) was the best I've ever had. My daughter loved the tortelli (large round tortellini) that were stuffed with... More

A great little restaurant - the menu was written on a board outside in Italian - the waitress, who was extremely polite and helpful translated it into English for us (we have no Italian) and explained that their menu changed every day based on the fresh produce available. We had a great lunch here and it was clearly a place... More

My wife and I came here last night. The food was amazing and the service was just as good. They even gave us complimentary cheesecake and some fried potatoes. We were the last ones in the restaurant and they were obviously closing but they did not rush us at all. I highly recommend this place

They don't inflate prices because it is near the coliseum (Which is very rare in Rome). It has good food and prices are not bad. It is near a metro-line, the coliseum and the park.

I live and work in Rome, and hence I have spent a substantial amount of time looking for good places to eat. This is a place we come to every time we have managed to save up enough tip-money (work in the reception of a hotel), and the food is simply divine non-cliché italian food, and service is good as...
