A great Irish pub which is actually like a pub in Ireland, rather than an awful theme bar. Had a few excellent Guinesses whilst watching the sport. Friendly barstaff and reasonable prices. Lovely place to find a nook and enjoy some rest and recovery.

I visited The Fidder's Elbow on my last night in Rome and comfortably enjoyed a couple of great pints of Guinness. I don't normally try Guinness outside Ireland but this pub had the authenticity of an Irish pub lifted from Dublin and moved to Rome. Great music and friendly staff and locals were good fun. Great choice for visiting Irish... More

Visited this pub and found it to be very nice, the staff were friendly and welcoming without being too intrusive on your evening. The beers were mostly bottles apart from the guiness, the food menu was varied and reasonably priced and the food arrived very quickly! Enjoyed a pizza and risotto to share with a few cold peronis.

We found this Irish pub not far from our hotel near the main Rome train station. It is a cozy place with a good range of drinks and plenty of sports tv screens including a big one. We were there for the Rugby World Cup final and it was packed but still comfortable.

Doesn't look much from the outside but what a great little Irish pub, friendly staff - some Irish, good beer and loads of entertainment with a small stage at the back of the place. A nice change from wine and coffee!!! :)

I go to this spot every time I'm in Rome (about twice a year). I am never disappointed with the crowd, music or (and the best part) is beer. The moment I sit down I'm thinking "finally! A proper pint of real (non-Italian) beer!!

We had visited Fiddlers on previous trips to Rome but stopped in more often this year and were so glad we did. Really friendly staff and locals, we had a great laugh and plenty of drinks. The choice available is excellent and location was perfect for our hotel. Top marks, we will most definitely be back.

Nice place to watch rugby on a big screen. The people at the bar are verry nice and the beer is good. Bit old fashioned but thats what I like. If you come here tell Irish bartender Colm the Dutch guy wearing an Itallian rugby shirt says hello!

This is the most original pub in Rome possibly the first pub in Rome, it's a true Irish pub, great friendly staff, prices great and selection of beer the best, it's a nice cosy pub with a nice clientele, a great place to relax, it's off the beaten track which makes it special, a little gem, it's spotless clean, toilets...
