OK, not everyone has the same tastes. Restaurant reviews are always potentially problematic. We were ready for a pizza break and walked around the square, liked the look and location of this pub and were tempted by the very inexpensive (by Rome standards) hamburgers. Drinks were cold, staff was friendly, people watching was great, location and atmosphere a plus. I... More

Really nice, friendly, local feeling, reasonable bar. Only found it on the last night which is always the way but glad we did.

I was there a bit early like 7:30 pm, place was almost empty, people started to come around 8:30. Anyway the atmosphere is great, drinks were cold and not expensive at all. The barman was quite friendly and the music was fine. IF you are tired of all those pizza and pasta restaurants (like i was) the place will offer... More

This pub was just around the corner from our hotel and we visited each night while in Rome. The prices are reasonable and the drinks are poured well. The staff is super friendly and mostly speak English. The regular patrons were friendly to tourists. The music played was great and there were many events going on throughout our stay.

First night we went there the male member of staff on was rude and made sarcastic comments when we asked for the WiFi password. Went back the next night and stood at the empty bar for 5 mins while the same member of staff pretended to be busy. Absolute joke, it even has a flag for every country apart from... More

I came here on holidays to watch the 3pm Saturday Premier League game. When Sky Italia wasn't showing it, the owner tried Sky UK. They weren't showing it so the pub owner tried Al Jazeera. They weren't showing it, so the owner got on the computer and streamed it for me live from the internet! He then gave me €1.00... More

This pub is a nice Irish bar; nothing exceptional, but a nice lace where to have a beer and pass some time. On wed night there are gigs, so if you dare bring your instrument and join the crowd - or just enjoy the music (quite obviously, mainly Irish folk)

The Fiddlers Elbow is situated on Via Dell Olmata, close to the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. The nearest metro station is Cavour and is within walking distance of Termini and Vittorio. We went to the Fiddlers Elbow to watch the The All Ireland Football Final, It doesn’t look much from the outside but when you enter it is a... More

You have been on your feet all day, back to the hotel to change then out for dinner. After dinner all you want is a few drinks in the pub to finish your night off then this is the place for you. Good old looking pub, relaxed atmosphere beer and ciders and a proper Irish fellow behind the bar result!
