Charming service, delicious food. 2 courses with wine and complimentary 2 extra taster courses and prosecco thrown in for 20 Euro per person.... what more can you ask for!

Having just arrived in Rome and battled the metro with our suitcases, we stumbled out into the street in search of a late lunch. Normally I wouldn't dream of eating anywhere without checking its TripAdvisor rating first, but at this point we were so hungry and tired that the nearest meant the best. And L'Invincible’s outdoor tables were ten steps... More

Just about everything available gluten free- and delicious, too! Very nice servers and fresh, tasty food! Super convenient location only a block from the Colloseum.

This was very nice surprise to me. Pretty tasty food, but the best thing was ultimately nice waitress and great atmosphere!

My husband and I visited this restaurant for dinner. We wanted to visit the Colosseum at night so wanted to have dinner close by. The restaurant looks small and was not that busy at the time so we sat outside so we could watch the sky darken over the colosseum. The waitress was welcoming and offered us a glass of... More

We planned to get lunch at another restaurant but didn't want to bother walking. So we ended up here and had an unexpectedly great lunch! All the pastas were homemade. We tried three pastas and loved all of them. The pizza was great too. The location was really close to the colosseum and the price was acceptable. Had one of... More

We were recommended this restaurant by the owner of the apartment we found on VRBO (and was a fantastic place btw) where my family stayed on a long weekend in Rome. He gave us a list of nearby restaurants so we took a shot since it was a very short walk. The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable.... More

My husband and I grabbed a quick lunch here after a tour of the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum. The prices are great for being so close to tourist attractions and the portions were large. I had the pasta pomodoro and it was great. Fresh pasta with sweet cherry tomatoes and a light sauce. My husband had their margarita... More

The stuff is super friendly. The food is spectacular. The Alio oglio e peperoncino in "man version" with more chilli is the greatest ever have... For sure worth to visit

Lunch time in the heart of Rome might be a nightmare as the quality of food offered is generally very low and the prices are high. On our way to the Church of San Clemente we came across this restaurant and decided to stop, having very little expectations. We ordered different kinds of pasta and when we tasted them we... More
