Worth a try

Small gelateria on a busy street kind of in between major sights. Gelato is quite good though, try the fruit flavors (watermelon, cherry, etc.) that tend to come through more strongly in gelato as opposed to fattier, heavier American style ice cream. The white chocolate flavor was also intensely... read more

I attended an Italian class farther to the west on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, and discovered Vice upon walking back to the place where I was staying. This became a habit on every class day, the perfect place to stop before making the last few blocks of the trip. Don't ask me what flavors I tried - I think I... More

In the August heat, nothing is as wonderful as gelato, and V-ice remains one of my favorites, for quality, deep and rich flavors, and an amazing texture. Today we had mango, pistachio, a rich chocolate, hazelnut, and a fabulous vanilla. Totally delicious!

Fantastic flavor selection with the very finest ingredients. Smooth, creamy and perfect in every way. Pistachio and Valrhona were my two favorites.

Loved the gelato. Loved the service. And, this place was near our hotel . . we are lucky. Many flavors, and the server was very helpful with suggestions of flavors to try.

Fresh ingredients, few additives/coloring, seasonal ingredients, more reasonably priced, very helpful and nice worker who spoke English.

I've had their gelato twice, wasn't overly impressed the first time, but stopped again recently after a couple year absence because it was convenient when I had a craving. I was hoping for chocolate fondente and didn't see it so asked and was snidely told that theirs is dark just isn't called that. It definitely didn't look like any fondente... More

Unfortunately we only discovered this gelato bar on the last evening of our visit! Such a shame as the ice cream was amazing!! I had coffee, pistachio and pineapple. My fiancé had chocolate and cherry... All flavours were incredible! Had we have found this bar earlier on we would have visited everyday! We also had a bag of chocolate dipped... More

The ice cream was excellent, tiramisu and this other thing(half hazelnut and half pistachio) are awesome! I went there several times during my stay in Rome. I would highly recommend you to try it if you are nearby. And they are open till late night.

I had the apricot which was a pure power punch. It's what gelato should do more--surprise you with it's complexity. The location is good not too far from Largo Argentina and Piazza Navona, so an easy walk from those locations. For some reason I find the modern places a bit soulless; however since it was so good I'd go back.... More
