Mixed, the inside is full of character, one of the waitresses was very friendly, the other not so. disappointing wine list, all whites were 20€? the food on the other hand was Ok but there are better choices around. Best dish was the fried artichoke.

Very well located, near the Pantheon. I've thought it would be very expensive but it was very fair! Great pasta and great red wine. Loved the mood and the employees were very polite. I'll come back and I definitely recommend it.

Nice design and location. Pasta is not bad, but not really tasty. However, for the cost they charge or should be much better. In addition, that sad face of the waitress was really killing the kood in addition to dissatisfaction from food's taste.

Beautiful retro place but unfortunately not clean, full of dust, seemed pretty abandoned. As of food, ingredients were of low quality and not that fresh. Exception was the the fried artichokes dish which was delicious. Not value for money.

As per the title, my partner and I visited the restaurant twice during our stay in Rome. We first visited on a recommendation and loved it. The ambiance is fantastic, as was the welcome. It feels like a proper Roman restaurant that takes pride in the food. The artichoke starter was amazing, and I really loved my wild boar pasta... More

This was our second time at this lovely trattoria and it was as good 3 years before. Their homemade pasta is really delicious. Fried artichoke is a good try. Friendly service is a plus. You ge what you pay for.

We could sit outside, where there is just 4 small tables. The gas heaters were on. The place was full in- and outside. The food is typical Italian and it was quite good without being anything special. Lots of choices in the menu. We were 2 persons and had a starter and a main dish and a bottle of water... More

One feels welcome here, and the food is okay. You can sit outside even in January since the terasse is heated. Prices very reasonable

By chance, we walked past, people were waiting outside with Prosecco, we managed quickly to get a table outside. The homemade pasta was great. The fried artichoke was amazing. Orgasmic. Great service, food and value. We enjoyed it so much we went back for lunch. Even cuter eating inside. Romantic. Second time, I had the Roman Cheese black pepper pasta.... More

Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
