We ate here twice and loved every minute. Excellent service and fantastic food - the veal with artichokes was delicious, the lamb cutlets were juicy, the liver well prepared and the baby pork shoulder was wonderfully tender. It's one of the smallest premises on this street of many restaurants, but well worth seeking out. Be a little careful with the... More

The place is really nice, good food, pasta is home made. We had pasta with fresh mushrooms, it was delicious - but you need to add some salt and pepper to your taste! My boyfriend liked the place as well, we would definitely recommend.

A quaint, eclectic place close to the Pantheon. Ate dinner here one night and lunch on another day. Friendly staff, very good food. Had their House wine and liked it. For dinner we made reservations and glad we did as when we got there our table was the only open one. Fun atmosphere for dinner, lunch a little quieter.

Third time in Rome and third time in this restaraunt and never fails! Nice cozy atmosphere, bit tight and chaotic (like it has to be in truly traditional Italian place), but all make it very enjoyable. Pasta with truffles is worth a trip to Rome, topped with tiramisu makes it a must!

We ate our last dinner in Rome at Pietro al Pantheon, and were treated to a fantastic feast. Truffles were in season, so we indulged in the specials that featured them. Great appetizers of burrata and grilled porcini. Heaping entrees of fetuccini with truffles, fantastic pork, and steak covered in shaved truffles. The service was warm and friendly, and the... More

This restaurant is in one of the most touristy spots and most jammed streets in Rome. After reading the positive reviews we came by to book for the following night. However, when we arrived for dinner there was a very long queue. We were told repeatedly that it would only be 2 minutes, which turned out to be nearly 45... More

This is a hidden gem in a very touristy area around the Pantheon. We arrived early around 6pm and were lucky to be seated even without a reservation, but one hour or so after the restaurant was completely filled and we got to see some couples being turned down at the door. The service is very roman traditional: the owner... More

Facing the Pantheon, Via dei Pastini starts on your left with a string of retaurants. Stay on course to number 125, Pietro al Pantheon - reservations recommended. This small trattoria not only provides a cosy atmosphere and excellent service, but surprises with delicious, authentic and seasonal dishes. What is seasonal in October? Funghi porcini in abundant quantities, pastas and meats... More
