Quaint, little place

We stumbled upon this restaurant when wandering the backstreets of Rome, and took a seat outside. Lunch was very nice, we shared a Margherita pizza and a salad and were pretty satisfied with the meal. Prices are pretty reasonable and it's nice change to the tourist's traps in the centre, set in a... read more

We were referred to Sant'Anna by our hotel for our first dinner in Rome as it was within easy walking distance. The restaurant knew we were coming and we were immediate made to feel welcome. Good service and good food. I had the best lamb cutlets ever (and we come from a country that takes pride in its meat) and... More

The restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel staff as a good, reasonably-priced, nearby restaurant that locals appreciate. What a great recommendation. My family of 6 adults (3 couples) enjoyed a wonderful meal, especially the pizza, along with wine and perhaps the very best home-made tiramisu that I've ever eaten.

Wonderful, flavorful food near our hotel. I had the homemade pasta with mushrooms and crab while my wife enjoyed lasagna. A glass of local wine added to our enjoyment.

We have a family of 3 young children. Great place for lunch - great quality & variety food, excellent prices, top service, hidden down a small street & we would never had found it if not for Tripadvisor. It is a good find & if you are in this area & want to avoid usual overpriced tourist restaurants, it is... More

This restaurant is on a side street perpendicular to Largo Arenula near some Roman ruins. I ordered linguine with pesto which was delicious. Almost all of the meals are under 15 euros, so we found this very reasonably priced. The staff spoke English and they accept credit cards. We arrived shortly after they opened in the evening on a Monday... More

Lovely little restaurant down a narrow street off Via Arenula and a welcome break from both the busy streets surrounding it and the midday sunshine. Ordered pasta, gniocchi and dessert along with drinks and coffee. Food was simple but very tasty and it was quite pleasant to sit outside watching the world go by. Service was very good, staff were... More

Great food and service. 3 generations, 2 families from both Northern and Southern Hemispheres in our party. Traditional Italian family fun, food and memories! Will defiantly be visiting there again!

Pleasant little restaurant tucked into a back street off Largo Torre Argentina. Decent food and service. Nothing outstanding, but okay for a meal or two.
