WELCOME All'Hostaria
MENENIO AGRIPPA
(SINCE 1989)

thanks for coming to enjoy our food , we would like to inform you about some of the features of our restaurant.

As you will see in the inner pages of the menu, we like the idea that our guests can choose from a wide variety of flavors , accompanied by the generosity of the typical Roman trattoria .

Take advice from our employees on the dishes of the day and there remain bad if you invite a selection of pasta dishes not too wide it is the cost of cooking expressed and authenticity.
Thanks again and enjoy your meal .

My partner and I stayed nearby and visited this restaurant, which we had to pre-book as it gets busy. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Food was amazing and very reasonably priced. We tried the house red expecting it to be like paint stripper, it was surprisingly nice -especially for €5 a litre... 😉 Definitely worth eating here if you... More

Now this is the type of Italian food I've been wanting all holiday. Good basic but delicious flavours of food from bygone eras We both had a vegetable soup (Why is soup so expensive in Italy?) and the I had Oxtails in a tomato sauce (divine!) My wife had fish cooked to perfection and I finished with a Crema Catalana... More

In a nice popular neighborhood, a totally typical eatery owned for generations by the Pagnozzi family. The menu is ample, made of the classic roman recipes and a few creative additions. Dishes are huge. Great for families and large groups.

Loved the fact that it was full of Italians. The food was absolutely scrummy. Service excellent. Wine very good and cheap. We would have gone back again but Rome is so full of restaurants to try and we only had 4 days.

They were all so very kind and helpful, even though our Italian was rubbish. The items we got weren't amazing, but I think it was more they weren't what we expected, rather than not excellent. Some of the other dishes liked absolutely fabulous.

I believe this is the quintessence to non touristic roman dining. The ambience and the dishes will tell you how and what real Romans dine. Take those extra 15 minutes that takes to come and enjoy great home made pasta. Really, home made.

Arrived with no reservation (staying nearby) on our first night in Roma. Food was as described to us by the local whom had suggested we attend for good family fare. The feel of the place was as if Kieth floyd might be lurking in the kitchen slurping vast quantities of wine turning out the kind of traditional Italian food that... More
