The restaurant is in a very quiet street.. It is not a touristic place..There are more Italian people for customers.. The food was perfect, especially spaggeti, talliatele and rissoto.. The only minus is that it is not served pizza before 6.00 p.m.. The portion is very good and the prices low.. The staff is very friendly.. I will go there... More

So the wife and I are travelling around a bit and it was our first night in Italy and we are staying close by the restaurant. We walked around and thought oh man this place looks adorable. It was really late (11PMish) We sent inside and honestly I could tell right away it's more of a family, cheaper restaurant. I... More

We stumbled across this restaurant on our last night in Rome. It was very welcoming and was busy for a Monday night with a good mixture of locals and tourists. The food was outstanding with very generous portions. I had the melon and parma ham to start and it was easily enough for 2. The melon was ripe and juicy... More

We have tried this restaurant as it was near our Hotel where we stayed, and were not disappointed, the food was delicious and friendly staff, it was also very popular with locals,so it is not a tourist trap!

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel, as it was mere steps away from the hotel door. It was the perfect place to go after long days of sight seeing! The prices for such a great meal was what kept us coming back over and over again (yes, we went three times in our 5 day trip). For 1... More

This restaurant was recommended by out hotel and it definitely exceeded our expectations. Though it was busy, we were promptly seated without a reservation. We received great service and excellent suggestions from the wait staff. Over the course of two visits, we had great wine, antipasti, pasta, pizza, salad and dessert.

We visited for dinner as a group of 6 and were made welcome from the moment we walked in the door. The food was excellent. We had a selection of pizzas and pasta. The cabonara was very very good. I would suggest this trattoria to any one wanting a good meal. It was also very reasonably priced. We are going... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
