We had a great dinner at Arturo. We were staying next door at the Crown Plaza. Arturo has an extensive menu. We enjoyed the salmon appetizer and the grilled vegetables. Their wine list has plenty of choices, though when in Italy you really cannot go wrong with the house wines. Their worst wine would be very good in the states.... More

The location is frequently visited by both locals (often a good sign) and tourists from nearby hotels. The waiters are always nice and helpful and speak good English. Food is quickly made, abundant and very good. I would note Seafood Risotto and Dessert Tray. Wine is not bad either. Also the price is quite reasonable for Rome paying some 12EURO... More

We visited because it was close to our hotel. The food was average. My pasta was just warm when it arrived so I suspect it was just sitting around in a big pot waiting for an order. The service was very poor. We had to ask for extra drinks 3 times. We were asked if we wanted dessert and the... More

We also found differences on 2 visits we made. First was excellent, second was not so Turbot and sole were our choices but were completely different on the 2 visits. The second visit produced a dry crumbly turbot, very odd, but it did come with an apology

first visit was very good. food, service, and wine all very nice. the second visit, slow service, food was delivered cold, and when asked to warm the pasta, they brought it back all dried out, did not offer to correct it. we did not return for that reason.

I chose to give this restaurant an average rating for the simple reason that we didn't actually taste its food. it might be very good, so readers shouldn't rely on my comments to assess the dishes. I'm still writing this for the following reason. We were divided about going there. Actually, we were as divided as the reviews. Some think... More

After eating in center city, this was a budget pleaser. We stayed next door at CP and wandered in for late dinner. So glad we did. Pasta, meats, salad were great and super price on wine. Service was fine -- some say slow, but having a nice slow yummy meal with bottle of wine is fine with us. So much... More

Lovely restaurant. We had main course and dessert. Desserts were wonderful and loved the trolley wheeled to our table. The Chicken and red bell pepper sauce was soo good I will be trying to recreate to at home!

We stayed in the Crowne Plaza and had dinner in this restaurant twice. Excellent service, we mainly had pasta and it was excellent on both visits, not expensive at all with most pasta dishes around 10 Euros. The Bottle of House wine was also around 12 Euros.
