We visited this restaurant for lunch. We were a little concerned it was a tourist trap, but the kids were really hungry after a morning of walking in the searing Roman heat, so we gave it a chance. The food was excellent. We had mostly had Pizza, but my wife had a delicious lasagna. Service was only so-so. We were... More

Only a couple minutes walk from Trevi fountain and Pantheon this restaurant is down a side street and was recommended to us by a tour guide. We sat inside as there was air conditioning and it was 35 degrees outside and the atmosphere inside isn't great. It's down some steep steps underground and is a bit dated. However, the food... More

For the last 2 years i have been eating at this restaurant, each time i have been in Rome. In 2012 this was a great restaurant wit fantastic service and nice tasty food. In just the last 6-8 months this restaurant have been giving more and more lazy service, the dishes is not as good and tasty anymore, and they... More

My boyfriend and I ate here twice. First night he had pizza which was good but let's be honest if your going to a spaghetti house you need to eat the spaghetti. We went there two nights in a row it was that good. I had the trevi and the Chanel spaghetti and I never wanted it to end. Biggest... More

The choice of pasta is tremendous; the pastas were really delicious and perfectly cooked but first of all they will included a 15% tip on the bill that the waiters did not deserve.Second we were not allow to sit inside, although we were a bit stressed with all the cars passing to close for comfort. Our second courses steak pizzaiola... More

Easy dining with a comprehensive menu of pasta and pizza. Affordable too! The tables outside in the street gives a rather quaint and charming atmosphere.

This is a unique Roman dining experience. If you sit outside you are balanced on angled cobblestones with cars going by a foot away. Spaghetti with 103 sauce choices. All 4 dishes were very good and great value, after a liter of wine did not notice if there were additional charges on the bill as noted by other reviewers. Make... More

This is my favorite restaurant in Rome, and possibly in Italy. Forget everything else on the menu, you have to go with one of their million choices in spaghetti. If you can go with a big group and play "pass the plates." This way you get to try the many different sauces that they make; there's no other way to... More

Every pasta dish we had was fantastic, you just need to get used to car and bikes ripping past your table whilst enjoying your meal. Not a knock on the place, it is Rome after all. We will be back for sure.

Our experience was similar to those reported. They would not take our credit card even though signs were posted all over the door. When we paid with a 50 euro bill, they only gave us change for 40. When we realized this, they apologized and gave us the difference claiming they thought we gave them only 40. Clearly a trick... More
