This is my favorite restaurant in Rome, and possibly in Italy. Forget everything else on the menu, you have to go with one of their million choices in spaghetti. If you can go with a big group and play "pass the plates." This way you get to try the many different sauces that they make; there's no other way to... More

Every pasta dish we had was fantastic, you just need to get used to car and bikes ripping past your table whilst enjoying your meal. Not a knock on the place, it is Rome after all. We will be back for sure.

Our experience was similar to those reported. They would not take our credit card even though signs were posted all over the door. When we paid with a 50 euro bill, they only gave us change for 40. When we realized this, they apologized and gave us the difference claiming they thought we gave them only 40. Clearly a trick... More

We so regret that we had dinner at this restaurant. The food was OK but the waiter was so rude! We asked for starters and when we asked for a new fork and knife he told us to use the same one, what we refused and asked again for new ones. He was very loud... When we finished he took... More

We took a walking guided tour throughout the Spanish Steps, Trevi, Pantheon area of Rome and, thankfully, our guide, when queried, recommended L’Archetto (ph: 06.67.89.064). The place is pretty easy to find, about 300 meters from Trevi, and the food was exceptional. I had a puttanesca sauce and my lovely had a very good veal. We were VERY happy with... More

The food here is good, but that is overshadowed by the terrible service. Last night, our party of three each ordered a pasta dish. When the food arrived, none of the pastas were served to the correct person. When I questioned it, the server couldn't be bothered to stay at our table and straighten it out, he simply shouted something... More

SImilar to the many reviewers who had questionable experiences, ours was NOT positive. Though the food was decent, the employees are clearly looking for tourist types to take advantage of. We noted a display on their window that they accepted credit cards but upon entering and asking, we were told that they did not accept them. REALLY? Our bill had... More

We came to Rome for 5 nights so we went to 7-8 different restaurants and to this place we came back. The restaurant is very close to the trevi fountain so it was easy to get to. The atmosphere was great and the food was amazing!. The restaurant was full of both locals and tourists and served both the best... More

A bit hard to find, but once there you find a small cosey place with great food and wine. We ate two starters, two mains and had soft drinks and wine for about 40?. We loved the place!

Recommended by a tour guide. Went there in evening. Fairly crowd with slight wait (about 10 minutes). Had large selection of spaghetti. Service was slow, but food was very good. Location is in central Rome in one of the smaller alleys (so can be hard to find).
