Great food, Very reasonably priced!

We ventured out to find this pizzeria based on reviews from TripAdvisor and it being the closest to our hotel in the 'Top 10 cheap eats' section of our travel book. It's tucked out the way, in a very quiet area and was not the kind of place we were expecting at all. For its menu, pricing and... read more

I ate here one of the best pizza and pasta. The food is delicious, the atmosphere ok. The prices are reasonable for Rome.

We chose to eat here as it was close to our apartment and was well rated on tripadvisor. The restaurant is beautiful and smart and we were seated quickly. We shared a starter of porcini mushrooms and mozzarella which was incredible and possibly the best starter we've ever tasted, which made us optimistic for our main meal. My husband had... More

While returning with my girlfriend to our B&B this place looked interesting for us. After reading some reviews, we decided to have dinner here a few days later. The place looks nice, it is actually quite elegant. Unfortunately there was no band that night, but the background music created a comfortable atmosphere. The service was really good, the madam serving... More

The great food was complemented by some songs from Angelica Sepe. The décor is great and the downstairs setting creates a great ambience. Service is first-class to go with the food and wine.

This pizzeria is located in a basement as we had to climb down the stairs. As a tour group, we had a large section reserved for us. Children in our group had a chance to prepare and cook their pizzas while we had our pasta dishes. Our pasta was not that cooked though when it was served. The pizzas served... More

The restaurant is located in a basement (no windows and you can hear metro running in a tunnel located close to the restaurant ). That is the only downside. The food is very good and the service is impecable. Prices are perhaps slightly higher then average, but this is not an average restaurant.

As we were passing we noticed a board outside with a fixed price lunch which looked like good food and value. It was Sunday afternoon and there were quite a few families eating and it was a pleasant atmosphere. But when we tried to ask for the special lunch menu the person either didn't understand or didnt want to! So... More

Small restaurant placed underground near the Vatican. Friendly staff. Pizza was delicious but the crust was a bit burned. It's also overpriced.

This restaurant was just 2 min away from our hotel (Fabio Massimo) so we had dinner over there our first night. We had arrived rather late and we wanted something really close and simple. We ordered 2 different kinds of Pizza and some glasses of wine. Pizza was good and the price was not high. For 2 Pizza and 4... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
