We have found that restaurant accidentaly, but the drinks and food was perfect. 1) coffee: excellent. That was one of the best coffee I have ever drunk, it was with some "liquore nazionale" - awesome, but ordinary espresso was awesome too. 2) wine: very nice white vine, not so expensive. 3) food: tasty, great pizza, pasta and carpaccio! 4) people:... This proved a good place to have drink. They have all kind of specialities inside in the shop of which some is being served. Stop by, relax and have a drink.

Decided to do as the Romans do and just pop into a bar, sit at the counter and have a quick drink. However personally I felt a bit awkward at the counter, perhaps it was my Englishness getting the better of me. One white wine & a medium draft beer ?9.50.

We were near the Fountain of Trevi and found this place by chance. After having a look at the menu we decided to stop here for lunch. The food was fair but you can really find better in Rome. The guy who served us was nice, but after bringing the bill I understand why !!!! Indeed, we were 4 people... More

Stop for a litre of wine (10 euro) and bruschetta (2.50 euro) in a quaint tuck between trevi fountain and the spanish steps. You won't be disappointed with the value and taste,

We came here last week for a quick lunch and drink. I'm sorry to say but I can't make a compliment about one thing. Well one, one of the personnel was friendly. Further the glasses and our table were dirty. They didn't change the linnen although there was a huge stain on it. The glasses were sticky and the toillets... More

Lovely atmosphere populated in the main by locals having coffee on there way to work. Good hunoured banter between staff and customers. We found it in 2010 as it was opposite our apartment and used each morning for coffee & pastry. When we returned this year it again became our venue of choice each morning (5 days) and on the second... Buffet was a bit misleading, we were horrified at the huge bill...only some of the prices were posted, make sure you confirm the price of each individual selection when you order. Food wasn't bad, vegetable were mushy, but the meat selections were good.

After reading the reviews of this place we were looking forward to our lunch there. Sadly we left disappointed. The staff were fine, though forgot our water even after several reminders. The pizza was soggy and a bit uninspired. The toilets were not very clean looking which always makes me a bit nervous about the cleanliness of the rest of... More
