A very nice cafe

We had found this place by chance and came again the next day. Sunday June 14, they had a brunch buffet. It was 15 euro including one desert. Now it's not the American style buffet - eat as much as you can. It's a buffet. You can fill your plate once. Every refill is extra 5 euro. If you... read more

Sometimes, I want to go back to a city I've visited only to eat again on a specific restaurant. This is the case with Rome for me, I would return if only to stay a couple of hours and have a Tiramisu in this place! It was the more delicious I've even had! We had lunch there, everything was very... More

My wife and I have eaten at this restaurant a couple times. The café is small and also sells food stuffs, so it is a bit unusual as eateries go in Rome. The ambience is ok but the food is excellent! What we really like about it is that the dishes we have had have been rather unique. In Rome... More

I decided to try the buffet and enqired in English because its better than my italian. A gentleman greeted me politely and told me 'one plate per serve etc'. From behind the counter a fair lady told a dark-hair one 'hope this fat one doesn't eat our whole buffet', because I'm slightly overweight. I was humiliated and wanted to leave... More

Told by my daughter about this wonderful little restaurant, loved the Sicilian meatball with chili and pine nuts appetizer serve steaming hot! Excellent wine by the glass from a vineyard near Rome, great red and I know red wine. Bought a bag of different gourmet pastas to take home for gifts. This is a very nice spot for couples or... Lovely little café. Great place to take a break and refuel before setting out to see more of Roma's beauty.

This is the cleanest place you can imagine, quite small with a barrel shaped roof, and the locals pop in & out in proper style. They stand at the counter-bar, but there are comfy tables a a selection of light food.

We ate a dinner together with our two children. Very close to the Trevi Fountain. We had a three course dinner which was awesome. I strongly recommend the squid with gnocchi. The wines are really great and they have a big variation. The dinner was about €110, which is great price for such quality. The tiramisun served in a jar... More

The Assagi d´Autore is a mix between a bookstore, coffeshop and restaurant where guests are likely to find something to suit their tastes. You can order food A la Carte (which takes a bit longer because everything is freshly made) or you can chose to eat from their buffet, which costs a flat 10 Euro for a single trip with... More

Lovely ambience, nice comfortable chairs, good for looking out on to the piazza whilst enjoying a glass of very good wine. Nice Jazz music in background.

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
