Good food, good price, typical tourist place

We went here for dinner after day of walking the streets of Rome city centre. The staff was polite and quick, and the food was good. I would call this a typical Roman tourist place, as guests and menus were clearly formed for it. We were satisfied, but I would call this experience more than average.

We stop here for dinner with my daughter, is just a few steps from the Spanish steps in the heart of Piazza Spagna, very touristy, but what do you expect here?, price was average like any other restaurant around, and food very tasty, I recomend it.

Went for a quick lunch and it was fantastic! Service was quick and waiters were on the ball. The food was unbelivably good. I had the risotto with mushrooms and it's the best meal I have had in Italy so far. My husband had the cooked rolled pork and it was divine. Really a great experience.

This is definitely a tourist focused restaurant. The food was good but nothing was outstanding. The service was adequate. We did not try their pizza. Perhaps it is worth stopping for. Otherwise, if you are in need of something standard, this might work for you.

Found this restaurant by exploring the area around the Spanish steps. They serve gluton free pasta which is good to know. There is a heated terrace so eating outside is OK in early April. The other nearby restaurants had less heating equipment. So a warm terrace plus a warm greeting made this place a good choice. Menu offers starters, salads,... More

We had dinner here last night 4/9. Both outside and inside seating is available. Convieniently located in a small piazza to the right of the bottom of the Spanish Steps. Nice decor, very friendly staff and very good pasta. We had lasagna and Pasta Carbonara. Both were delicious, good texture to the pasta, good sauces and good portions. Both locals... More

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
