Last minute choice for a late lunch (mainly shops around the Spanish Steps). Service was good, food was very tasty and it was reasonably priced.

Excellent pizza, fresh salad and tasty risotto. No complaints at all about the food and very good price. Would definitely recommend this as a place for a quick drink or meal.

Pleasant evenings sitting outside watching the World pass by close to the Spanish Steps. Very friendly efficient staff, classic well prepared Italian food as you hope it will be. Inexpensive, just over 50 Euro’s for two to eat three courses with wine and coffee. Excellent and patio heaters ensure that you do not become cold as the evening progresses.

Had a meal in this restaurant one night, and never again. The pizza' were hard and bland, lasagne was overcooked and rubbery and the roast chicken and potatoes were greasy and the potatoes were inedible and hard. Cost of the bill 92 euro for 6 people. When the problem was pointed out to the waiter his reply was "really?" BEST... More

Lucky we found out information about this caffe! It was pleasant pause in our journey in the centre of Roma! Portions were giant, dessert incredible, but we didn't like homemade wine. Anyway, in the centre of the city- the best option ever!

We visited this restaurant on our first visit to Italy after going to the Spanish Steps. The food was great, inexpensive and abundant. All of the servers were very friendly and cordial. They explained and answered all the questions that we asked them. Their desserts and expresso as well as their cordial's list is spectacular. We were so pleased with... More

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
