We had the sampler for 2, and it was terrific. The first course was a platter of smoked meats and cheeses, followed by 3 kinds of pasta, and 4 small deserts. Love that we were able to sit outside, and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

We stayed one week in Rome and this was the best restaurant we went to. Great service and amazing food! Will come back the next time we go to Rome.

let's start with the good things - the service was fast and attentive and the ambiance was live and pleasant . The food was very ordinary , very simple - nothing to write home about . pastas were not more than OK , the fish fillet a bit boring , the octapous and salmon carpaccio was nice but the thin... More

First restaurant we try in Rome. Wanted authentic italian cuisine & indeed got it. It was excellent. Gnocchi is a must have. Service was excellent & much attention paid to personalize the experience. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended!!!

Booked this restaurant for my birthday celebration after reading the reviews on TA. Booked via email and received a reply the following morning. Marco greeted us and I explained I was attracted to the restaurant mainly due to the photos of the four sampler puddings. He explained that as so many people only have just a few days to experience... More

Service was good, all the rest was boring. We took the expensive meat and fish menus (32 € for meat, 35€ for fish). On the meat menu i took, First dish was simply tomato bruschettas with mozzarella, smoked mozzarella and ricotta cheese, served with sliced lettuce and cabbage. I got stuffed in seconds, which made the rest of the evening... More

We came here for dinner our first night in Rome. This was our least favorite meal for our entire to trip to Rome . We only ate pasta and an appetizer of mozzarella and prosciutto. Appetizer was very good. Pastas were very bland. We left a bit disappointed as this restaurant is a little out of the way for an... More

A little off the beaten track, leaving no sign of tourism, this little gem lit up our holiday. Great price for great food, with top draw service. The guys spent so long talking to the 4 of us, discussing wine, food and all things italian we felt like we were family friends. Food was the best we had in Rome... More

Booked this restaurant due to Tripadvisor reviews, but had I been walking around looking for a restaurant ad hoc then I don't think I would have picked Marco G - I do tend to judge a book by the cover but in this case I would have missed a fantastic gastronomic treat. The exterior on a cool February night did... More

Exceptional, friendly service. Quality Roman cucina and interesting wine (Canayli Vermentino from Sicily and Pinot Nero from Alto Adige). Everything was spot on from the sphagetti with sea bream, half rigatoni with artichokes and Pecorino, to the sea bass with potato crust and roast lamb. Decent prices.
