Awful experience

We had 3 course menu for 13€ and we thought we will pay that 13€ each... No way! Some extra brucetta and beer(?) cost us 62.70€! That included service charge, which we refused to pay, so in total we paid €58 for small portion of spaghetti crappy chicken breast and tiny tiramisu each, oh yeah and... read more

The only Italian thing they have is the name of the restaurant! Prices are high for terrible food. The waiter was annoying and tried to make us order the most expensive dishes in the menu in insisting at least 5 times. Pasta was horrible and very small portion. We even thought that it was starter and we had an impression... More

This place is not Italian. Staff lures people in and then they use all kinds of tricks to make you pay extra. We waited good 30 minutes for a desert they have not planned to bring. Ended up paying for it. Wasted time and money!

Well, where to begin. Let's say that I am writing this review having never "tasted" the food, but I believe my experience would have mirrored everyone else's. My family and I were walking around looking for "authentic" Italian food when a fellow lured us in for "fresh" pasta. So, we sat down and ordered. Then I said to my wife,... More

Their handout offers pizza, salad, dessert and a drink for 10 euro. There's a drawing of 'Giuliana' with some rubbish about the family history. BUT it's run by a bunch of chancers. They take the order then bring big beer and water bottles without pointing out these aren't part of the deal. As a result our expected 30 euro bill... More

This was the worst experience ever in a restaurant in Italy. Awful food, the waiters are rude and ignorant. The prices are unexplainable. But the best part is the 20% service charge hidden in the last page of the menu! DON'T GO THERE!

Dreadful menu- jumps from drinks to pizza to more drinks to puddings to main courses. Dreadful food- burnt bruschetta, ordered ravioli and recieved tortellini (didn't really matter as t was just supermarket crap anyway) Dreadful service- had to ask for the bill 4 times! It was reluctantly presented to us by a very moody waiter who was quite rude. Don't... More

We decide to go to this restaurant because they had a special menu deal that offered a set menu for only 10 euros. The flyer that they gave out specifically said "no service charge" but when we got our bill a service charge was added. I told the manager and showed him the flyer but he refused to deduct the... Came here after visiting the Vatican Museums, mainly attracted by the 10eur menu and then saw the terrible reviews! Although the food was nothing special it was correct. The service was far from excellent (although the restaurant was almost empty) but not rude. We can't complain. In the end, we got what we paid for.

Service extremely poor! Calling customers "you" and pointing is not what you would expect if your on the street nevermind a restaurant. Food was shocking, states on the menu all food is fresh and not frozen, they must be the first restaurant to knock up cold "fresh" potato crocketts! Saw two lots of customers storm out and say they would... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
